Before charging the battery, it says in at least three places on the battery and packaging that you should consult the battery instructions. Regrettably, there are no written instructions included. Because batteries like this can be fickle when it comes to charging, it would have been nice if Tenergy had included the instructions they refer to. Tenergy's website provides no useful information as well.
These batteries were purchased in pairs for airsoft purposes. One performs admirably, while the other no longer charges; both were used in the same airsoft gun and under the same conditions. The good one will keep you entertained for about four hours.
This battery is exceptional. The only drawback is that once it arrived, I had to charge it. But, eh, that wasn't a big deal, and I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you grab this from your inbox, etc. and head straight to a game.
The Umarex HK UMP 45 is compatible with this product. It's a close fit. It's difficult to remove the battery, but it works.
They are of excellent quality. Despite being one of the most affordable NimH batteries available, it is still one of the most expensive NimH batteries available. I only use them for airsoft aegs. Never in my life have I been disappointed.
I expected more from tenergy than a cheap and shady photo job, and the wire not shown protrudes just enough that it will not fit into the compartment on my ak.
It lasts a long time and charges quickly, and it fits perfectly in my AK.
