Questions & Answers

In this kit, which switch do you get? No option is shown, and I find it hard to believe that you get all three shown for this price?

switch on the right should be the 69135, that is the one you want to mount to the

How does this work for the TLR- ?

The 69130 Remote Door/Switch Assembly will work as long as you have it

Do you think this will work for an HP EQ16?

In order to use Streamlight's pressure pad plug doors you will need a crane/steiner/L3 plug if you are trying to use a TLR type light. With this approach, you can use a dual pressure pad for the Insight/L3 rail grabber.

What is included in this set, including the battery door that is required for the pressure pad to function ?

That was not the case with mine.

The pressure pad is where the pressure is applied, not the I just wanted to let everyone know
5/5

The light does not switch on and off permanently, only for a short time. Ensure that the pressure pad is of a good quality. This should be changed in the description. Unlike a switch, it doesn't operate. For a short period of time, it works. The streamlight didn't deliver what I expected. They charge me for returning it so I would send them the cost back. However, I had to go through too much trouble to install it. Even though I still have it, I can If you want to turn on the light, though, you should use the switch on the There was something about that part that disappointed me.

A switch is not needed
3/5

It is just a pad that presses on the skin. In addition to this, I purchased a remote door for my TLR In order to make better use of it, I doubled the length, when compared to 2 hlg. It is the first time I have had to keep pressing the pressure switch in order to keep the light activated. I have owned a few other setups in the past and never had to continually hold it down. I have used a few streamlights for this type of setup, but this will be my last. Though the light produces higher lumens than some other products, the engineering of some of the parts such as the light, the remote door, and the pressure pad are questionable. It hasn't happened to me yet, but I've heard some folks have had malfunctions. If you had a remote switch or pressure pad with a TLR device, it would- If the two HLGs stayed on without me having to hold the button continuously, then I would be happy, however, since it doesn't (and I contacted streamlight about this to make sure it was normal operation), I will be returning/ selling those parts and switching to another brand. Although you do not have to hold anything down repeatedly to switch the light on and off, it is great for pistols since it can be switched on or off with ease.

A tape switch that works well and is of high quality
5/5

There are so many advantages to Streetlight lights, but I love the fact that they are not overpriced. I expect manufactures of first responder and military equipment to exhibit high-quality craftsmanship and make / assemble their equipment in the U. S. A. I ordered this tape switch quickly and without any problem. It arrived in new condition and new packaging. I was able to connect it easily to my TLR-equipped camera Using the rubber ends that hold the switch ends securely to the hand guard rail, I attached one light to my handgun on a picatinny Moving or adjusting it is easy, or it can be fixed more firmly with the screws or zip ties that are supplied. The TLR will be mounted once it has been installed Having placed the light where I wanted, I simply plugged in the male end of the switch to the rear portion of the TLR-based lamp. There is one light with a remote door switch assembly (sold It allows the user to easily turn the light on and off with moderate finger pressure, and if it is tapped once and held, it gives the user strobe functionality. A positive side of using the pad is that there is no constant-on feature, which is a wise thing in tactical situations where you don't want to get your light In some cases, you may wish to have the light on continuously without having to hold down the tape switch constantly. In those cases, just reach up with your index finger and toss the lever on the fixture It is a quality and well-functioning switch which I am very pleased with.

A great streetlight part that is a good value
5/5

I've owned a few streetlights in the past and this is one of my favorites. The money always seems to be worth it. Breaks are never an issue.

I switched for the money and it was a good decision
5/5

Pressure switch that is very well designed, easy to fix, and comes with an adhesive pad which bonds to the switch well, but not with It can be anchored with zip ties included in the package. It also comes with 2 rails so that you can attach the switch if you want to This is pretty neat and a good value for the price.

The quality is better, but the price is a bit high
5/5

There have never been any Streamlight products that I have been disappointed with, and this is the best pressure switch I've ever had for any light (and I've got predators and varmints mostly at night with these switches and they have worked as expected when many others have failed.

The Red Line The HL G Remote Switch is made up of two units
4/5

Ideally, they should design a better mounting system that would be easy to mount on a Keymod or M-sized device It came with a set of two wood screws? I mounted it to my Keymod rail using two small nuts and bolts
I also cut off the small lips around it in order to fit it between my BCM rail covers? Also, make sure you include 4 Is there anything else you need? Several reviewers have said that it should be sold as a package with the tail unit. It should get 6 stars if the mounting setup can be fixed. Surefire has nothing on this set up! This is the best deal for the money!.

Despite the good performance, the TLR switch needs to be equipped with the correct end cap
5/5

Besides the switch itself, you need the switch cap as well. Nonetheless, it is still very affordable, but you'll need them Despite this, the switch is a good one.
