Questions & Answers

Is it rubber-like in flexibility or plastic-like in hardness?

Hard rubber is used to make the Cold Steel training guns. They aren't made of hard plastic like the Ring blue guns; instead, they have a soft, rubbery feel to them. They have a rubbery feel to them with no sharp edges. When used in rough activities like disarming and weapon retention training, they appear to have a much lower risk of injury from cuts, abrasions, and bruises than training guns with a harder, more unyielding surface. They aren't, however, adaptable. They are stiff and do not bend in any way. They appear to fit well in the majority of the holsters designed for the original guns.

Is it possible for them to withstand extreme temperatures?

The highest temperature they should be exposed to is that which is used to heat the kydex or other plastic sheet used for the holster. The holster material will become unusable if it becomes too hot, so avoid getting the gun too hot.

Is it Amazon's image or the image of the customer? They're not the same. ?

I'm not sure what image you're talking about.

Will this fit into a molded lcr holster from Fobus?

That's what I believe. This is a replica of an original. I'm not sure what caliber it is, but the barrel and cylinder are very similar.

The image of a Cold Steel product is deceiving
3/5

It shows a true Ruger LCR mold (it can even be noticed by looking at the crane and crane latch release button, that the revolver used for the mold didn not have By the way, it's a small thing that I like). I bought the item with the expectation of receiving a cheap LCR replica with the trigger fixed to the trigger guard and an overall poorly detailed toy gun (see photos). Only a few words of praise: AmazonGlobal Priority Shipping is lightning fast.

a lot of memories I used to work as a cop in Japan
5/5

I'm no longer working. br>Firing a handgun is practically impossible in Japan. The small revolver, on the other hand, was always in the holster and attached to the gun belt. br>br>This item evokes fond memories. And safe. br>It's a little different than what I had before, but it's nice to be safe and secure. It's suitable for karate self-defense. br> I train in self-defense. br>br>Thank you to Amazon for selling this item in Japan.

Rip off
3/5

It's nothing like what's shown in the picture. 75% less intricate details on the dummy gun I received I received I received I received I received I received% This is a complete rip-off. I'm not sure how cold steel gets away with it, to begin with.

For a training gun, this is a fantastic product
4/5

The training gun was very impressive because, despite being plastic, it was purchased for a relative who wants basic skills with holding or even attempting to disarm an armed intruder. The gun's features are clearly marked, and it feels realistic in your hands. br>br>The pictures depict details and quality that are lacking in some other plastic or training guns on Amazon. The training gun accomplished its goal and is now assisting in the education of people about gun safety. To simulate a small firearm, the weight is light but slightly heavier. The cost of the training gun is justified in light of its potential applications.

Practice training gun made of cold steel
5/5

This small revolver with a snub nose is very light. As I use it for defensive tactics training, it appears to be quite durable. It still looks brand new after hundreds of disarms. The bright green finish distinguishes it as a non-functional training gun, and the finish is almost satiny, making it pleasant to the touch and pliable like rubber rather than hard plastic. This is something I strongly suggest. There's no way to go wrong with this one.

Does exactly what I need it to
5/5

It's best if you can demonstrate with a 'Blue' gun as an instructor. I have a variety of 'Blue' guns, all of which perform admirably. Let's face it, when it comes to a demonstration firearm, how good is good? I don't need to spend $50 on something that can be had for less than ten dollars. This is clearly a replica of a'real' weapon. The weight and feel of these have gotten a lot of attention around here. I'm not sure what you're talking about. These are excellent for use in a holster or for demonstrations. If you don't like the color, paint it.

Revolver Training Prop at a Low Cost To teach basic grip with a revolver, this is a good tool to use
5/5

It can be used to determine whether the student's hands are too large for a small frame revolver.

A good gun for practice
5/5

This training gun has a fantastic feel to it. Making holsters isn't going to work! It isn't one: It's only 1 to 1 with the real thing, but it's close enough to practice with!.
