Questions & Answers
To use this gun, you must first purchase "bullets" and then insert the bbs into the "bullets." They have a gun that is a replica of the Schofield model. It has a nice appearance and feel to it. I was disappointed that you can only fire 6 bbs at a time, but I purchased extra bullets so we could load more.
It has a star extractor that works in the same way as a real Schofield's. You grab the barrel and hold it vertically cylinder down while opening the gun once the top strap latch is opened. All of the cartridges in the cylinder will be extracted by the extractor. When the gun is fully opened, the extractor will automatically reseat in the cylinder, and you'll be ready to load another 6 rounds. The overall functionality of this gun is close enough to the original to allow for complete practice of the manual of arms, with the exception of one hammer movement required before opening the latch on the original.
Yes, simply replace the BB in the gun and reload the cartridge.
We can ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) in the United States. Miami has a box.

It's well-made and a lot of fun to shoot, but don't get too carried away with it. It appears to be far too authentic. br>It's reasonably accurate to about 55', and my only gripe is that it didn't come with pellet cartridges, which would improve accuracy. Now go forth and live your life as a cowboy. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> 1/4/18- Bear River sold me pellet cartridges for this pistol, but they didn't fit! They were a perfect fit for my Crosman SR. 357 . Both long and short versions of the models are available.
Wow! I own a number of replica air pistols and revolvers, and this Schofield is the best in terms of quality and appearance, as well as weight. The quality of the fit and finish are superb. The plastic grips are as close as you can get to real wood in terms of appearance and feel. br>I like how the Schofield opens and extracts the cartridges in the same way that the real thing does. Pellet cartridges must be purchased separately, but they are reasonably priced. Both BBs and pellets are simple to load, and the cartridges slide right into the open cylinder - Rather than a Colt SAA replica, this is a lot easier. br>I've put about 250 rounds through it and haven't had any issues. There is no leakage when the CO2 is loaded. I haven't measured the velocity yet, but it appears to be quite powerful; I'm getting 60-70 mph. I get 66 good shots before I notice the velocity dropping to the point where accuracy suffers. Both BBs and pellets have good accuracy. br>If you like the look and feel of old west revolvers, you'll love this replica.
What am I supposed to say? This is a fantastic weapon to have in your collection. It's lovely and well-made. The piercing mechanism for CO2 cartridges is fantastic. The gun is very precise in its shooting. I am a cheerful individual. br>The only drawback is the grip cover, which is made of plastic. Not very realistic, and I wouldn't put too much torque on the piece that serves as a CO2 wrench. If you have the right bullets, you can shoot both pellets and BBs and mix and match. The BBs go on the front of the special bullets (the ones with the grey plastic tip), while the pellets go on the back (the bullets are required for the pellets).
I was very disappointed to discover that the extractor only works in one direction. When the frame is opened, it is repeated ten times. The S is known for its extractor. W Schofield is the author of the book So it's a serious flaw, and the nickel finish isn't up to par with what I've seen on Colt and Remington BB pistol replicas (which I own). Finally, there are many tool marks on the cylinder. Overall, the finish quality is poor (not as gleaming as the pictures on the internet suggest). I've requested that it be replaced with a working model from the maker. I'm going to wait and see what happens.
This BB gun is nearly perfect, and I purchased the shelves separately to allow it to use pellets. It's extremely accurate, with excellent craftsmanship. Except for a couple of details, it's identical to my grandfather's original. Overall, I'd buy this again and again. My only complaint is the grips, which are flimsy. In comparison to the other members of the unit. Apart from the grips, I have no complaints. If they could just figure out how to make one that can hold two CO2 cylinders in the handle, it would be perfect. It is unquestionably faster and straighter than the Colt and Remington versions.
This game is extremely well-made, realistic, and entertaining. The Colt Peacemaker has a better balance and feel to it, but the Schofield is a good gun. With the lightweight plastic grips and the longer barrel, it's a little front heavy, but not enough to be a deal breaker. I'm excited to get my hands on the pellet holder shells so I can improve my accuracy.
For the money, this is a fantastic air gun. Very realistic and well-fitting. finish, accuracy, and a lot of fun to shoot Per CO2 cylinder, there are about 70 shots.
THE TUMBLER WILL BE CHANGED TO 22 MAG.
