That's what it is, and that's what it does. Quality control is just a little suspect to me. A portion of the abrasive that is supposed to be adhered to the back of the stone was sprayed on the front instead.

The keychain fits perfectly on a key chain and it works great. Because of its small size, it wouldn't be recommended for those with weak hands.
