A ballistic fabric is used to make it. I've never had a better bag in my life. My wife and I use it to store both of our inner and outer duty belts, 4 guns (a revolver and a semi-auto each), ammo for 4 guns, and 12 magazines (3-round and 12-round). Each team has 15 rounds and three players. Each state will receive ten rounds, six knives, and four flashlights. This bag is an absolute MONSTER! You will not be disappointed if you purchase one; the bag is a hit with everyone. When they see everything that is stored in it, they fall in love with it even more.
Karl- First and foremost, I own it and adore it, but no bag of this design is waterproof! It's one thing if it lightly rains, but your gear will definitely get wet if it rains heavily. It works for me because I live in Washington State? So far, I haven't misplaced any gear. However, as I previously stated, it is not intended for you to sit in the bed of your truck while driving through a carwash.

I'd made the decision to improve my range bag set-up - I'd been using a box from another brand with a tray, but I didn't like how limited it was for what I needed it to do. br>br>I WAS CONFUSED ABOUT BUYING A RANGING BAG - There are so many to choose from, and I believe that many people, if they don't see anything overtly wrong with something, simply heap praise on it and give it a five-star rating. This bag, in my opinion, is deserving of its five-star rating. br>br>For me, size was a major concern. Without a doubt, this bag is large when fully loaded, but I've never felt it to be excessively so. If you do your homework, you'll discover that this bag is a knockoff of the bag made by the company whose name you can figure out by adding 2 3, and 7 4. (I believe reviews prevent you from overtly mentioning a competing product. )br>br>All of the nylon is heavy duty, as are the zippers. Metal clasps and loops on which the clasps hook are used on the strap. The zipper pulls are made of nylon. One feature I like about this bag is how heavy the nylon is, as well as the fact that it's padded wherever padding is required - As a result, even when the bag is empty, it will not collapse in on itself, and it will retain some "rigidity" - But I'm not sure if that's the right word. br>br>Recently, I went on a shooting camping trip, and I had this bag full of gear: br>Pistols (seven) - The largest was a sizeable 6. The smallest revolver was a 22 semi-automatic with a 5" barrel. auto. br>RemOil wipes canisterbr>Full-sized CLP aerosol canbr>2 small microfiber towelsbr>4 PMags - 2 sets of Walker Razor Ear Muffsbr>4 sets of Safety Glassesbr>Tools - 30 round sizebr>30 round sizebr>2 sets of Walker Razor Ear Muffsbr>2 sets of Walker Razor Ear Muffsbr>2 sets of Walker Razor Ear Muffsbr two small screwdrivers, a 1911 bushing wrench, and an AR armorer's toolbr>Foam earplug packets - 3 Bore Snakesbr>Lubricants - Most likely 20 or sobr> 3 typesbr>br>I packed ammo in a separate container for this trip, but for a typical range trip where I only want to take 1- This is a great bag to have for 4 pistols and ammo because it makes it very easy to do so. Is it a big one? Yeah - It's a substantial amount of space. Is it too large, in my opinion? No, but every time I go, I'm going to bring at least two pistols. If you only have two pistols, this bag might be a little excessive, but I like it - I'd rather have the space than not have it, and I don't think I could have carried a smaller bag.
The ammo bag is detachable, which I really like. The outside bag, on the other hand, does not have a bottom support when it is removed; it is built into the removable bag. Not a big deal because the outer bag is still quite strong, but it would have been nice to have a lockable zipper for times when you don't want the ammo bag inside. Zippers appear to be strong, but they aren't lockable, which would have made the bag an even better buy. Finally, it has cavernous storage, but more mag holders would have been nice. I initially bought two similar-sized bags and returned them both for this one, which is a keeper. I don't think you could find a better deal for the price. I have room in it for four pistols, 300 to 400 rounds of ammo, and gear for myself and my wife.
This is my favorite range bag out of the two I own; it holds slightly less than the GPS large bag but is of higher quality. Even though the GPS has more capacity, it isn't by much, and the average person will find this bag to be more than sufficient. I was able to pack everything I needed for myself as well as enough extras for one or two new shooters.
It's a bummer when you buy a nice bag as a gift only to discover the embroidery is on the wrong side when it arrives.
It houses several pistols, as well as all of my magazines, ammunition, and other accessories. It has a lot of storage space and keeps everything in order. It's well-crafted and easy to transport. I really like the fact that the pieces can be taken apart. My life is made so much easier by the gun sleeves and the center bag. I go to the range several times a week, and this is going to be my go-to range bag for the rest of my life. I was initially put off by the bag's size because, at 5'2, I have a small frame and it is too big for me. If you're not careful, you can overpack and end up carrying too much, but after my first trip with this bag, I was hooked. I would recommend it to anyone who frequently visits the range. I've even devised a method of securing it for transportation.
I made this decision based on what I had read here and elsewhere, and I'm glad I did. br>br>I use it on a regular basis for range visits and outings. It meets all of my requirements. br>br>When I stuff it full, it's well balanced, and I've never had to worry about the zipper, strap connectors, or stitching being strained. The bag is slightly padded to prevent it from flapping, and the main compartment zipper system (both zips have a loop connecting them) makes it (1) very easy to open and close, and (2) very easy to get things in and out due to the size of the opening. br>br>The main compartment opening is made of heavy material with velcro on the end so that you can close it without zipping it and the velcro snags, obscuring the contents. br>br>If I ever need another bag for compartmentalized and protective carrying, I'll check out this company first to see what they have to offer; it's one of the best investments I've made in this sport.
I can easily fit four large frame pistols and hundreds of rounds of ammunition in the main compartment, and the removable bags make it very user friendly for use at the shooting range. There's also enough space for all of your other shooting accessories. Carrying it is simple and comfortable thanks to the handles and shoulder strap. Although this range bag is built to last, it is not intended to be used as a secure and lockable long-term storage container. solution for long-term storage.
The package arrived in good condition and on time. The bag itself is exactly as described in the description. The compartments are both large and secure. The zippers appear to be high-quality and long-lasting. The pullout sections are simple to use, well-made, and extremely useful. Because they have enough room, gun pouches could easily be used as document pouches. My doubles fit into magazine holders with ease. 17-round 9mm mags stacked They're snug enough not to bang around, but loose enough for the mags to be easily removed. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase that is both affordable and of excellent quality.
