Various items in the Camping Bundle are incomplete

Although the GPS was working perfectly, some of the camping equipment was missing pieces and did not function. Two of the flashlights were missing the battery assembly and one of them A rechargeable battery gets hot to the touch after it has been charged. There was no problem with the dome light!.
