The problem returned after getting fixed, so I fixed it The Garmin watch is brand new to me, and I am just getting used to it, but I like all of the health/fitness stats, and I am eager to find out more about how it operates.
I use this watch to run, bike, lift weights, count water, count my sleep, monitor my stress, and work on my breathing. The only thing I don't like about it is the weight reps aren't as accurate as I would like, but you can make changes. Additionally, there are a lot of exercises to choose from, but not certain ones or the most important. There is nothing I dislike more than the fact that the custom workouts under the "custom" category don't transfer to your watch. My overall assessment of the watch is that it fulfills my needs to an acceptable level.
