Questions & Answers

Should I get this or the edc organizer as a basic edc kit to throw in my backpack? For the extra size, I'm leaning toward the fatty.?

It will be determined by the items you keep in your EDC bag. I find that my EDC Organizer works best with small diameter or thin/flat items, and I have it set up as a 'boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo-boo- boo' kit. My Fatty Organizers have a wider range of applications. I keep a few in my emergency bag, color-coded and each with a different focus (e.g., first aid). a fire, a survival situation, and a repair situation). HTH

What is the maximum patch size you can use on it?

As I write this, I'm holding the item in my hand and can tell you that attaching ANY patch, front or back, will be difficult. Velcro and a webbing pouch are on the front, and molly-style strapping is on the back. My friend would not be able to wear even a small patch.

On the back, how many rows of MOLLE loops/strapping are there?

Strap attachments are required. They are not included.

What are the dimensions of the back loops?

I can use them to store my benchmade EDC tactical tanto serrated knife. The pack has two sections, each with four loops; I use the pack for the inside and don't need or use the loops.

It's ideal for keeping a small toolkit organized
5/5

I work as a photographer and videographer who frequently travels by plane. Part of my job entails carrying a toolkit with me in case I need to repair anything from a light fixture to a lens's disengaged aperture. For years, I've just stuffed all of this stuff into various pockets in my backpack, then gone through it at the airport to make sure all of the pokey things the TSA doesn't like were moved to a checked equipment case. br>br>Now it's your turn to join Maxpedition. I originally purchased the Fatty in order to store all of these tools and other items in one convenient location, but it proved to be too small for everything. That's when I decided to take a closer look at the skinny. Then it occurred to me that having two organizers would be ideal for me because I could keep one in a TSA-approved bag and the other in a checked bag. So, for the Skinny, I ordered a different color so I wouldn't reach for the wrong one all the time. This has worked out fantastically because I now know where everything is and I'm less likely to donate an expensive multitool or other valuable item to the TSA! In terms of product quality, these organizers are extremely durable and well-made. See what other people have to say about it. On every shoot where I've brought one of these out, someone on the crew has asked what it is and where they can get one.

It's a well-made and practical item

This book comes highly recommended. Before you order one, double-check the measurements. The materials are of excellent quality and the assembly is flawless. br>Don't be fooled by its size. You can also use zip ties to secure items such as a bar, chapstick, USB stick, pills, and so on, as shown in the image below. All of these pocket organizers are fantastic. Examine each one, compare sizes, and determine which one is best for you. br>Not all of them will fit in a pocket. The Fatty, in particular, is too bulky for a pocket, but it's ideal for a large bag, vehicle, or other large container. br>If you're carrying a lot of small items, these can help keep everything organized and accessible, rather than having to dig through your bag or glove box for something. If you're looking for something to put in your bag, the Beefy is a good option. It's a lot bigger than the Fatty. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative The paracord zipper pulls will be tied in a simple knot with both ends when they arrive. FAKE - The tags are incorrect and the elastic is cheap
3/5

I just bought this item (Fatty in Khahki) a few days ago. It was a complete forgery when I got it: The elastic is of poor quality, and the logo and tag have been misplaced. br>br>Amazon promptly sent me another, assuring me that it would be genuine; however, it arrived today and was also a fake. Fortunately, Amazon has been accommodating and will refund my money—and I will return both fake products. br>br>Because I own two other excellent Maxpedition products that I adore, it was easy to spot as a fake. I'm going to place an order with them for the Fatty. br>br>In addition, a friend on the other side of the country ordered the same exact item on the same day. Theirs, too, was a ruse.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHE This one is almost certainly a forgery
3/5

It's either that or the quality of maxpedition has dropped. br>br>It looks and feels exactly like a cheap Chinese backpack made of 500D cordora. The elastic bands are not stretchy and rigid, and they have a chemical odor. The mesh webbing in the front pocket appears to be fraying. When compared to my two-year-old Vanquest SLIM organizer, which is still bombproof and has a ripstop nylon backing, the Maxpedition logo is incorrect, and it feels very cheaply made. When I attempted to slide a leatherman into this cheap nylon backing, it punctured. Worst of all, the stitching was incorrect; after conducting extensive research on this product, I discovered that the one I received was stitched in such a way that the elastic webbing was not properly compartmentalized, rendering the back layer virtually useless. br>br>I was extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I'm going to stick to vanquest for the time being.
