There should be no problems.
This is an excellent bag. Because I am constantly on the move, I use it for traveling. So far, I haven't had any problems with my zippers or anything tearing. I haven't put it to the test or used it for hunting gear yet, only for clothing.
Hello, the ALPS OutdoorZ High Caliber Duffel is not a structured duffel bag; it will lay flat on the ground when empty. The bag, however, would stand on its own if it was fully loaded. Please let us know if you have any additional questions for which we can provide answers. Thank you very much!

It's adequate but not exceptional. This was purchased to help me organize my hunting gear (hunting in Illinois necessitates clothing that can withstand temperatures ranging from 85° to -45°F). I've got a lot (15°) and a lot of it. The XL is a big guy, about the size of a pre-teen. a teen's hockey bag that is about half to two-thirds the size of most adult hockey bags; It's about the same size as a duffle bag used by the army. br>br>The construction is fairly sturdy, but the material could be thicker. It's fine for moving my clothes around my hunting room, but I wouldn't trust it to get thrown in and out of my truck like my Control Freak scent control bag (which I use every weekend and has lasted three seasons). Overall, it's good value for money, but it could be better.
This bag was delivered to me on May 31, 2020. I was initially very pleased, particularly with the size; the bag was exactly what I wanted and needed for storing my fishing gear. I cram all of my belongings into the bag, which weighs about 30 pounds. There was enough space for everyone. Unfortunately, today, July 15, 2020, after using this bag every weekend for the past six weeks, I noticed a five-inch gap in the stitching. This appear is located between the main compartment and the side pocket, not on the bag's outermost part. I'd return it, but I need it every week, so I'll just do it by hand. I'm extremely dissatisfied, and I'm curious as to when and where the next setback will occur.
Two (2) ALPS OutdoorZ duffle bags are in my possession - the X- The Extra-Large and Extra-Small are two different types of people. These duffle bags are durable and long-lasting, as well as being reasonably priced. Get yourself a copy. or two!.
After just a few days of use, the zipper ripped at the seam. It separates due to the thinness of the seam material. They're replacing it with a new one, but I'll have to wait for it again, and I'll have to return the old one to a post office. I despise having to run errands to replace items for which I have already paid a premium. You'll save yourself a lot of time and aggravation if you follow.
It was larger than I anticipated, but that was a wise decision. I packed it to the brim, including a sleeping bag and two pairs of shoes, and there was still room! My purchase was a great success!.
This bag is sturdy and can accommodate all of my belongings. (With the exception of the small one, I purchased both sizes. ).
I purchased the standard size and am glad I didn't purchase the larger size; this bag is perfect for me; I can fit a week's worth of clothes in it, as well as a flash light, knife, and a plastic tackle binder. If I really wanted to stuff this bag to the brim, I could do so.
I'm switching from a 24" bag to this xlarge bag, which is always too full during the winter hunting season. I'm in ecstasy right now. Everything is well-organized in this large bag. The two large side pockets, as well as the front pocket, are also appealing. For week-long hunts, this is an excellent purchase.
