Is it possible to purchase the Carltons 2 on their own?

I've never seen these calls for sale on their own. The colored versions, as well as the tone trough versions, do this. However, I've only ever seen these gems (my second favorite calls) in a multi pack, which is fine because the triple and double aren't half bad either. Only the nativebycarlton calls, in my opinion, are better, but they are more expensive.

Carlton diaphragm calls have occurred several times for me. These are the yellow Carlton calls with the aluminum frame that I ordered. They were brown telephones with a plastic frame when they arrived. I didn't have time to return them because I got them three days before my elk hunt. On the first day I used them, one of the calls broke the frame in half. Plastic frame calls are not something I would recommend.

Elk calls are my first choice

I've bought diaphragm calls from a few different companies this year and in the past, but I prefer Carlton calls over all others. You can bugle and cow call with the single reed, and tone down the notes to a soft level when necessary. With the single, cow sounds are pure. The double reed is my favorite for bugling because it is the most versatile and allows me to produce the most diverse range of elk sounds. I use both soft and loud calling, and I can call softer and louder than other manufacturers. Blowing is also a lot easier for me. Of course, this is my personal opinion, and it may differ from others', but in the future, I will only buy Carlton calls. For the past 20 years, I've been hunting elk.

These are acceptable quality calls, and the four-pack represents a good value. I will, however, purchase single calls once I have figured out what call works best for me and where I hunt.
