Without a doubt. But I'm not sure that's something I'd recommend. It's unusual for multiple doe's to bleat at the same time. It isn't the same as going elk hunting.
works with deer
What does it matter? It is worthwhile to purchase because it is effective. Purchase two cans, one small and the other larger.
I'm not sure how big it is, but it fits in your pocket nicely. It's nothing more than a small, round can.

This was bought to replace a non-functioning one. Unlike the new units, working primos cans that simply stop working properly and make unwanted noises. This one only made it to Ohio for one trip before it, too, stopped making decent noises. When they're brand new, they're great, and I've had a lot of success with them over the years, but they don't last as long as I'd hoped. Even keeping them in your backpack or pocket won't help because as soon as moisture enters the air, they stop working and will never produce the correct sound again. Primos products in general appeal to me because they seem to get almost everything right, including Elk and Turkey calls, which have proven to be extremely effective for me. The Can also works, but only for a short time before it needs to be replaced. Once they've been exposed to moisture, they'll never work properly again and will never dry out.
The can has a lot of positive attributes. It's small, light, and compact, so it'll easily fit into your bag. It can also be operated with just one hand, freeing up the other. The bleat has a good tone and authenticity. I'm sure you could spend more money on a product with a more authentic sound, but this one is good enough to attract a buck's attention and pique his interest enough to investigate further. The call isn't loud enough, which is the biggest disadvantage of this can. It'll probably work fine if you have a calm day with no wind, but it'll be much less effective up north in the Midwest during the rut (late fall), when the wind is usually howling pretty hard. This can would be perfect if it were louder, but all-in-all, it's a good start. All in all, it's a good deal at $10. It's something I'd suggest to others.
This can is practical, entertaining, and foolproof. With this call and a couple of toots on a buck grunt, I was able to bring in a 12-point buck. Next season, I'll keep using it. In addition, my one-year-old daughter adores it. It is in her toy collection when it is not in my hunting bag.
Although it is a simple device that I have used in the past, it does not work consistently ( When using the 'bleat' sound, it is occasionally 'interrupted. ' I don't think it's a technique issue because he's so inconsistent. That is why the rating is in the middle of the pack.
This is a phony product; I was hoping it would work, but please pay attention to the negative reviews, as they are likely the only ones on here that are honest. It's a shame Amazon sells this because it doesn't work and the meeep isn't very loud.
I liked that it wasn't too bulky or took up too much room in my backpack. But it does start to break down now and then, and I get it warmed up and it works like a champ again, so it's a bit of a gamble. Some of them are successful, while others are unsuccessful.
Too quiet, my son used it correctly with three short bleats, and the deer continued walking away at 60 yards as if nothing had happened.
