In short, yes. Despite that, I don't think it would be the most suitable boot for that There will be a lot of mud, rain and cliffs in Western Oregon. If you're looking for a Gore-Tex garment, I would recommend a high quality The boot has a lace-up design in Tex. While hiking on steep terrain, these shoes will keep your feet and ankles well supported. You are in good hands.
There are no water-based chemicals in them
It appears that the soles of the boot are black when you zoom in and yes, the lower part of the boot is brown.
You're right. I did have a leak on the top of your foot, where the neoprene meets the rubber. Neither of these items are worth the price, according to me. The first time they leaked was about six months after they were installed.

It was Lacrosse who had recommended these because their rubber boots would crack in the instep in a month. It's for irrigating my garden and for walking the numerous miles I log every I like the fact that the polyurethane is warm and holds up well. Despite its stiffness, it is a good tool. In addition, I discovered that the transition between the neoprene and rubber were creased soon after use, and by the end of the season, they began leaking, just as they had with other neoprene boots. As part of our work, I'd like to have a boot that's comfy and would allow me to bend and walk comfortably. It would be expected that these items would last longer than cheap imports at this price. Having a strap at the top is a little bothersome to me as well. The screw in the middle is difficult to tighten and could come undone when something snagged on it. It is easy for dirt and rocks to fall right into the boot when laying pipe in trenches because the opening is so wide. In the near future, I would like to see a polyurethane model that is better.
I was heartbroken to learn today that my bag leaks even if no tears, punctures, or signs of misuse are evident. I purchased it in late February of this year and was shocked to learn today that it leaks despite no obvious In this picture, I am wearing these boots for morning and evening walks around our 2 acre yard, I have not worn them during hunting season and I found seepage in my right boot today as I was repairing a freezing pond drain line. It is near my right angle on my front right boot, toward my front right. My previous review of this product at the time of purchase "Priority on form and fit, quality product, last pair lasted over 12 years, much better than muck boots, which contain a lot of pictures and leaks after a few years. ". Thus, I believe Lacrosse will support their product with any luck, but I am not sure if that will happen in this era and age. Unsure of what it is, but I think it may be a seam. As I mentioned before, I would like to follow up and let buyers know how the customer response went. There were no questions asked and they promptly delivered my lashing clip. I had only dealt with them once before I had broken a plastic part on my previous pair, and they quickly provided it for me. This is the first major failure I've experienced with the brand since 1996, or possibly even even before. The pictures reflect the current condition, tread wear, as well as the boot in question and the leak site.
For me, it was a bit large. The version of Muck boots I had been using for years was not comfortable enough for me. So, I looked for more rugged and comfortable hunting boots. I've always found that the Mucks were too bulky and would wear out in the heel or elsewhere pretty quickly. I think that the boots are better than Muck boots in terms of weight, comfort, and durability (I will wait and see). Furthermore, I appreciate the boot's calf adjustment strap for a good fit, as well as the quick-release clips for taking it off. As I noticed, these ran much larger than Muck's, so I had to order 2 or 3 orders to find the right fit. So far, these have stood up well to a whole season of fall bird hunting.
This is very warm, and I was surprised by it. The problem of keeping my feet warm while hunting is a big issue for me. These were given to me for bow hunting earlier in the season, but I wore them straight through Pennsylvania's buck season. The science doesn't make sense to me. In my collection of boots, I have more insulated ones that are less warm as well. My wardrobe for this season consisted of these items. During the crossing of the creek I was able to drag my deer without leaks.
It is very disappointing that after wearing them for a dozen times In spite of the price of these boots, they aren't lasting as long as they should. Whenever these fully wear out which I don't expect to be for a very long time, I will not be buying another pair.
Bigger than I expected. An 11 is usually the size I wear. So I went with the 12, as I read everything else about it. It is inexcusable that they are so large. It would be good if these were available in half sizes. I'm going to try an 11 and see if it fits. My boots are too big and I need them for hunting. I would really appreciate it if I did not break my neck because of them. I would imagine they would be quite Unfortunately, the fabric on the side looks like it might get tangled with.
You can't go wrong with these boots! When they walk through the fall PA woods looking for rabbits, it is warm. The riders remain dry as they trudge through creeks and six inches While I sat in a tree stand with wind, I stayed warm with my Ground D socks since it was in the 20's and I could feel the cold on my toes.
No one will be able to put it in or take it out easily. This is true with these boots as well. As soon as the sun comes up, it gets a little hot. The shoes are boots, however.
