What do you think of the Cannon mini troll's ability to support a weight of six pounds?

The down wire needs to be new for this to work. My disappointment came from the fact that the wire during season two snapped several times

Reels can be set up either on the right or the left depending on your preference you simply wind the line either clockwise or counterclockwise.

How much weight would be required at 60 foot depths with this 8 pound weight?

As long as you are in the right setup and environment (current and troll speed), it should work. The 8 pounder wasn't what I was looking for. In addition to my Cannon mini-, I also bought the 4 pound weight Look for the canoe with the troll. A consistent depth of at least 30 feet is needed to troll.

The shipping information states that the item usually ships within 1 to 2 months. Can this be correct or is it better to say between a day and two?

I could not have asked for more from the DR (Downrigger)

This vinyl coating is of high quality. There are a few things I noticed about these weights that impressed me right away. The added flash of the gold is nice, but time will tell how durable the coating is. Although I would be inclined to replace the gold flash if it were ever to wear A 12lb DR ball is not a whole lot to talk about. really nice, and I am sure that the extra money that was spent wasn't wasted.

I would consider these to be one of the best quality weights, however their resistance is higher than my 10 lb torpedo weights, which makes them unable to withstand much deeper compression and allow their use to go deeper if possible at all.

This is the wrong size

I bought two of them during the "off season" and didn't open the box to look at them for probably I made a big mistake by ordering one of them that was a 12# underweight There is no 16 in the sentence. Suddenly, I can't get what I need because the price difference is so big. It is important that you check the sizing as soon as you order here.

A Scotty 1060 trolling arm on a 17 foot Tracker boat seems to be the correct weight. The weight of the rod is adequate for it to stay in place at decent trolling speeds without being the least bit difficult to retrieve.
