Product Description
By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
When salmon and trout are feeding, a flash and vibration is produced.
To lures or bait, it gives them a wounded minnow action.
The Hot Spot Original has a unique plastic shape that creates a rolling action with a noticeable "tail kick" that attracts salmon and other species.
China is where it all started.
Questions & Answers
But, when trolling, how should we use the flashers?
Feeding salmon after baitfish or simply a school of baitfish is simulated with hotspot flashers. It draws the attention of larger fish. Your bait or lure (20" to 72" back, depending on conditions or type of fish) imitates a baitfish behind the spinning flasher. These flashers are typically used behind downriggers with 10 to 15 weights, and there are many different variables to learn over time in order to be effective.
Is it possible to use these flahers for king fish?
I've never tried fishing for kingfish, but I'm willing to give it a shot.
