There isn't any need for additional gear

I have a small boat that I use for fishing. It's a pain to get in line planers to work. This is especially true when the bite is active. You're ready to go with a quick snap of the swivel. We can easily troll four lines without tangles on my small 14-foot aluminum boat. These proved to be extremely beneficial.

Alder Lake caught some fish with it and had a good time with it

They plan to use it again and recommend it to others. well- I used it to catch some fish while fishing for Kokanee at Alder Lake and had a good time with it. I will continue to use and recommend it. It doesn't replace a side planer, but it does appear to move the boat further away.
