Update (2 weeks later)br>After expressing my dissatisfaction with the company, I was contacted right away and everything was resolved. For my troubles, they sent me a replacement fly as well as some extras, as well as a personal note. Customer service is excellent, and the ties are of excellent quality. I'll buy from them again without a doubt. br>br>(Old post)br>I received a package of 13 flies, one of which was missing one of the barbs, rendering the fly useless. I'll give them five stars for the rest of the product, but only three for quality control. Once we've resolved this, I'm willing to raise their rating to a 5.
The adams, blue wing olive, caddis, and midge packs were among the items I ordered. The adams and BWO thicknesses were both disappointing. I started by dropping the BWO into an eddy, and it was unrecognizable after 15 minutes and was sliding off the hook. I switched to the 16 adams after thinking it was a lemon. Unfortunately, after a few casts, the adams turned into a scud. The caddis performed admirably, and I anticipate that the zebra midge's simplicity will result in good quality, so I'm keeping those packs. br>br>It's too bad the Adams and BWO were of such poor quality. I was desperate to find a new place where I could get good flies for a reasonable price. br>br>I've started the return process and will keep you updated on how it goes.
I don't recall ever receiving a handwritten "Thank You" from any other company, and they far exceeded my expectations. When you go above and beyond to deliver on your promises, you've earned the right to leave a review. In the future, I will order more flies from you and will not look elsewhere. Quality and service are difficult to come by, but when they are combined with passion, you have struck gold.

They degrade a little faster than some other flies I've used (always check the fly after landing a fish), but I don't mind for the price. I purchased the parachute PMD/parachute Cahill set and am anticipating the arrival of the parachute Adams set. I decided to give them a try because the price was right (I love my local shops, but paying more than $2 per fly these days is a bit much). I haven't tried them yet, but they appear to be excellent. The flies arrived in a water-resistant container, which gives me the impression that the company goes above and beyond to differentiate their product. The baker's dozen came with a nice little identification card with various fly descriptions and a hook size chart, which was very cool. That's a great idea! I'd order from them again if they had more options.

The quality of the flies is exceptional. Customer service 100% satisfaction is a term used to describe how satisfied a customer is with the service they receive. I was three fly short on my last order, so I sent an email to the company. Although I never received a response, they did send me a new order of flies. I'll be ordering more in the future.
