It's highly unlikely that they were tied in the United States for this price. The majority of fly tiers in the United States charge two dollars for their creations. 50- 50 cents per piece
That is an excellent query. No, we don't have any at the moment. For the time being, only the standard/general sizes are available. In the future, we hope to release some smaller-sized sets. Keep an eye on this space.
They are a nice set, but I have no idea what they are. The boxes appeared to be of good quality, had a good assortment, and were nicely presented. In my opinion, it's worth a shot.
Hello. Picture 7 is the same as picture 6 (the Box 1 fly pattern, quantity, and size detail picture), but it is for Box 2. They all have the same 24-compartment plastic box, but their flies are different (as shown in pictures 6 and 7). 7). Both boxes are stacked on top of each other in the first image. I hope this has been of assistance.

I got tired of buying individual flies from my local fly shop because $20 for like 5 flies seems a little steep, doesn't it? I understand that as fly anglers, we like to believe that fly fishing is such a prestigious sport, and that if your total gear doesn't add up to $10,000, then what are you doing fly fishing for? WELL BOY, I TELL YA WHHHHHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT The flies themselves are of excellent quality. Purchasing a set of flies like this made me a little hesitant. However, upon closer examination, they appear to be tied properly and with care. We'll see if they fall apart, which I doubt they will, because I haven't had the opportunity to cast them with the skill and poise of an elderly woman trying to bat away a gnat with a broomstick yet. flies are excellent Don't go to a fly shop to buy flies. these should be bought do it. Please put down your book. buy them. this moment Select "Buy Now" from the drop-down menu. Make sure you don't get caught by your wife. Stop reading and get going. Go ahead and eat and fish, my son.
To begin with, it's a good assortment that should cover all of a trout's basic requirements. They're a little too big for Colorado and other high-altitude states, in my opinion. Although the selection is limited to mountain trout, it is a good starting point. Advantages: br>br> The nymphs, streamers, and wet flies are all excellent, in my opinion. Again, they're a little on the large side, but they're good flies with a nice variety. There are no major flaws in any of the nymphs, in my opinion. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. Both the parachute and the winged drys are of poor quality. Many or most of mine were completely flat and/or poorly tied, with loose feathers, uneven, loose thread, hackel cut too short, and so on. I realize these are less than $1 per fly, but I'm having a hard time justifying the price. Many of these are just bad, with a score of 25. Drys will be a problem no matter how good your presentation is if you're fishing anywhere with selective fish. The utility flies, EMD's, Adams, Mosquitos, and other similar insects appear to be of higher quality, but the utility flies, EMD's, Adams, Mosquitos, and other insects appear to be of poor quality. I'd also say that some of the colors are a little too vibrant. The green drakes, for example, are nearly fluorescent, PMDs are the brightest yellow I've ever seen, and so on. br>br>I'd also add that the cases, while useful for identification, are far too big for most vests or packs. br>br>In any case, it's not a bad set, but the dries could be a lot better, and the cases could be a lot smaller so they could fit in regular fly fishing packs and vests. If you don't have time to visit a local store, this should suffice in most cases, though depending on the hatches, you may be missing something essential. However, the wets are fantastic, the dries are mostly usable but not something I'd choose, and the boxes should and easily could be smaller to accommodate the number of flies in the set.
This is my first year fly fishing, and I've spent a lot of time online looking for equipment and flies. I've bought fries from a total of ten different vendors, including both high-end and low-cost options. This is by far the best selection of 'usable' flies, as well as the highest quality of any of them thus far. I'll be back to see what else you have to offer!.
One of the things I dislike about ordering things online is receiving a product wrapped in five plastic bags, bubble wrap, and a box. With these guys, all they used was some reusable bubble wrap and a simple brown paper band to wrap around both boxes, as shown in the photo. It's as if they're aware of the potential for plastic to end up in our waterways and want to protect them. In terms of the product itself, I think it's fantastic. The cases are extremely well constructed. Before the cases fail, all of the flies will be stuck in the tops of trees or at the bottoms of lakes. The flies themselves are well-made and exactly what you're looking for. And it's only a little more than $1. It's more than acceptable to pay 50 cents for a fly. I have no doubt that I will be a repeat customer. br>br>Get outside, protect our public lands, and conserve as much as possible.
It was that time of year when I needed to re-energize. increase the size of my fly collection I can't bring myself to pay $3–4 per fly any longer, and I don't have the time to tie my own, like so many others. Buying flies online may appear strange at first, but these guys appear to have nailed it. I received them sooner than expected and am looking forward to putting them to the test on the river. The pattern appears to be very consistent, and the set appears to be of good quality. I can't speak to the long-term durability just yet, but so far, I'd give it a thumbs up. It's a good idea to stock up on the fundamentals and mainstays of fly fishing.
I wanted a good foundation set of flies that could be used on almost any stream. It would be prohibitively expensive to purchase them all at a local fly shop, and I am currently incapable of tying them myself. Unlike many other Amazon sellers, Ventures Fly Co sells high-quality products. Realistic patterns and sizes of flies were tied. The Premium Assortment (122 flies) is such a good deal that I'm not sure why I'd ever want to tie my own. br>br>I can't recommend these enough if you're gearing up for a trip, getting into fly fishing, or simply looking to replenish your fly box. br>br>I wish they used barbless hooks, but considering the price, I don't mind smashing the barb.
These flies have a great appearance and appear to have been made with care and effort. They're suitable for any stream and at any level. The included diagram sheets list each fly, as well as common aquatic insects and the fly that matches them, common knots, and hook sizes, which are all useful for beginners. That is probably the best part of the whole deal, along with the fact that the price is so low for what appears to be good quality. We'll keep you updated as they're put to use in the coming weeks and months.
These flies were a big hit with my father-in-law. For more than an hour on Christmas Eve, the guys discussed the various flies in the boxes. Your fisherman will appreciate the best gift.
