Despite being on the fence about buying a hub due to their typical high costs, I decided to go with Thunderbay's Ice Cube, since it was two-for-one and had high ratings. The device has already been used several times without any problems in zero degree weather. In Wisconsin, I used it all the winter last year. I have enjoyed it very much. I have not encountered a single problem. I am looking forward to another fishing season with it.

For my first trip out I set up the backpack at Pennsylvania's highest elevation lake, High Point. The wind was really bad and it took 2 of us to set it up, but with only 4 anchors and a small buddy heater we had to open vents in 19 degrees. In looking for an ice shelter for the first time, I came across this brand after reading all the reviews on it. One of the things I liked most about this shelter is the spacious interior. I was surprised at the height of the roof. I stand 6'3" and I could stand straight up without having to bend. Set up of this shelter is a breeze as well. An extra person would definitely help. A box was opened and an attempt was made to set up the device. Since I own an Eskimo ice shack and am the one who always sets it up, I've been working on it for years. Either this product came with the poles wrongly inserted in the factory, or it was simply the wrong product. The edges of the sides were not straight and I couldn't remove them without making them look weird. An Eskimo will be sent back once we receive it.
The only complaint I heard from someone else is that poles on one side had to be fixed because they were incorrectly put together by the manufacturer. Nevertheless, it is easy to set up and take down now, and it takes about 5 minutes to figure out. A maximum of three people are able to fish comfortably, possibly four if the third person will be I honestly don't see how a third hole would fit. I'm going to buy some gym floor mats since the gym doesn't have a floor. My previous experience using Eskimo and Clam shelters has been far superior to the one I'm using now. My enjoyment while ice fishing is affected by a variety of factors, except in ways that aren't necessarily detrimental.
