That's not the case, according to me. It sheds snow without a problem, but I would think it would leak in a rain
This is an open floor plan.

This conversation is heavy, awkward, and tense. In addition to this tent, I also owned a quickfish 5 tent and a quickfish 3 tent. With the size, insulation and a nice walk-through door, this tent was designed to be the best out of the two. As a result of this, I ended up with a tent that had holes right out of the box, albeit they were small and probably did nothing, but they were still Even when the windows were attached to the Velcro with Velcro tape, light flowed through. I had some problems with the zippers on the doors and they had crooked teeth. The zippers would snag on those teeth until you forced them through. It was extremely difficult to set up this tent, maybe I just got a bad one but what a pain it was. -This tent comes with 2 extra not sewn in poles for the big door opening, not a fan of that at all, they get lost. -The only feature that I liked about this tent was the netting on the top to hold gloves and the like. Overall, I am sending it back to the creator. As I loved my QC quickfish, but I'd like to have extra insulation. I'm going to try to find a Quickfish 5i.
Each time we went out, this tent was the place we would hang It is easy to enter and exit. It was the bed my son slept in on one of his days off. He abandoned his chair outside the door and started taking down the tent behind the door. On a day with winds of 15 to 20 mph, I put it up by myself. The challenge was a little challenging, but it was very manageable. It is wonderful to have a square door. If it had square doors on both sides, that would be better. It would be nice if Eskimo provided a few more anchors and tie-downs to help with the different directions of the wind. However, all in all, this was a pretty good It can be heated with the 20lbs tank of Mr Buddy and a large heater. It was no problem to stay out over night. Fishing was conducted at 10 below zero degrees Celsius. As long as I had a hoodie on, I could take my jacket off and just be.
There is no doubt that the Eskimo Outbreak 450i is the best shelter on the market. The apartment is 75 square feet and very spacious. Heat is retained in the building since it is insulated. It was cold enough to sleep in the shelter during fishing season and I have a 9000 watt propane Buddy Heater in the shelter It was a pleasant 5 degrees and it stayed that way. I have anchored down and it has held up well in wind gusts of 25 mph. A great feature of this Shelter is that it has a full door, so no more tripping over and ducking way down to enter and exit.
Every Saturday and Sunday, the kids have a ski team. All of the indoor lodges are closed for the season at our local ski mountain, leaving no room for warming Ice fishing is a great way to spend a day I turned 40 A ski resort- The warming trend- We would not have survived the ski season without our hut. Even with 4 kids (my youngest is almost 3 years old), I was able to set up the tent in less than 2 minutes by myself. My brother and I can also remove it by ourselves in less than 2 minutes and lift it into the car by ourselves. This tent is plenty warm and out of the wind to eat my lunch while keeping me out of the In this picture, it was 8 degrees outside and we were very comfortable in the tent on a day that would be typical of a ski trip in Idaho. It is an AMAZING shelter, and I highly recommend it. In this tent, we can fit four adults and five kids inside. We take lunch every ski day in kiddie and adult folding chairs. A caveat about this tent is that while it is relatively compact when packed, it is rather large when unfolded. As the seat does not fit sideways in the back of our SUV, we have to place it lengthwise over a car seat or fold down one of the back seats. There is no way it can fit in my Subaru Outback. As an alternative, we have discussed strapping our kayak carrier on the top of the suburban. If you will be skiing regularly with your child this winter and own a big car or truck, I strongly suggest that you buy this tent. This is a decision you will never regret.
The room is spacious and warm. Inside the shelter it's nice to be able to stand up instead of hunched over as if you were There is not much space for this heavy item in the bag, so I recommend having a sober friend help you with it.
This is a very good tent for the money. Tall walls are great, but it is the door that really makes a difference. Every time I enter the triangle doors, my foot gets caught. It is awesome to have an over-sized bag. My recommendation would be to return the item if I couldn't fit it in a tight bag. I thought it would be small, but it is very large It is about 5 feet 10 inches tall when it is in the bag. As well as being heavy, this one is quite cumbersome. They claim they used a better and lighter material to help reduce the weight of the aircraft. In summary, I think this tent is well made, it might be a challenge to set it up on ice, but once it has been erected, you will enjoy it, and dragging it off the ice is an entirely different experience.
This is one of my favorite shanty songs. When I used it the second time, it was very cold and windy, and I found that it was nice and warm inside. There are plenty of windows to let in With its ability to zip all the way to the ice, I was able to pull my jet sled on right in without the need to step over a threshold. Standing up and walking around by myself was easy for me. Five big guys were in it too, and we were able to fish, although it was a little cramped. The four men are comfortable while fishing. Even without a blast of wind, I was able to set it up by myself, but the high winds forced me to ask for This is an excellent shanty in general.
It was 4 degrees out when we set up the shelter last weekend when we used it for the first time. Despite the fact that it is heavy, it won't cause me any problems. Despite being well built, it kept 4 of us warm all day out on the ice. It was connected to a Campy Gear 2 in 1 combination heater and stove, which had to be kept on a low setting. I didn't like how hot it was I was able to fit 4 people and all of their gear comfortably. Having the full door open is a great thing. Nobody tripped and fell. In addition, the product was easy to stow away and take down. I highly recommend this product. A sled should be used when hauling it. The back will be saved.
