At least mine had many design defects I consider to be present in this bow. Though I could not find any reviews, I ordered it because it came from Muzzy and I believed they would have credibility. Check out the pictures and let us know what you think. I stopped shooting the string after only an hour because the string had frayed so badly. The muzzy looked over it, had no replacement strings, and declared it fine. I had to keep bugging them so they'd send it back to me. We had to wait three weeks for that. After a week of trying to get a refund from the seller, I was able to get my money back. This was a very stressful and unpleasant.

I have nbsp Bowfishing was my first experience, so I was very excited to buy a bow. My reason for choosing this bow was because I believe the name Muzzy is associated with top-quality bows Gears that are top notch. I will summarize Muzzy's accessories as well as their customer service in this review.

The first thing that caught my attention was the lack of instructions for installation. What a hassle. The bow should be taken out about 30 times after the third time As I was finishing the reel's 45 shots, it broke, and I decided to send it back. It was a pain in the rear to go through that process. They didn't match the product names on their returns site. There was nothing helpful about the video tutorial they provided on their return page. Over the course of a long day, I worked out the solution all by myself. After my return had been accepted, I decided to ship the reel three working days after receiving its approval. As soon as they received the real, the repair process began taking close to a year. The 5 weeks are up. As soon as the product was complete, it sat for several days before being shipped, and then was delivered by the slowest ground delivery service available. It was just a matter of being happy that it was fixed now. After receiving the reel, I installed it the next day and went back out fishing. I was shooting an arrow for about six shots before the nock Thanks to my spare, I was able to repair the machine. By the end of 10 Another 15 shots were fired before the reel broke. This time, we go through the same elaborate process. However, this time I specifically requested a quick turnaround because the river where I fly fish had dried up. The repair has been completed for 10 calendar days and we are still waiting for the reel. Here we are three weeks into the process, and the repair is still complete. This year, I will not have the chance to fish until next year due to the dry conditions in the river. The phone number I called wasn't answered, so I tried calling for a status update.

Furthermore, the "fish hook" arrow rest that comes with the bow is just an absolute waste of money. Since they include only one screw, the shot placement is extremely inconsistent due to the amount of movement the screw allows. I would say that the quality and customer service is both poor.

This thing is not only garbage, it is dangerous as well. The present situation will not be acceptable under any standard and this product should be withdrawn until the problem is resolved.

My first attempt turned out to be a failure, as the reel broke and I had to pull the fish in by hand. For the rest of the night I was shooting into a pool of string. During fishing, the bow worked properly and shot straight, hitting the fish 20-yards away. There are 30 yards between us. This is what I have done I have submitted an extended warranty and will update this post once I see the company's customer service response.

I did not see any of the issues I read about in other reviews and shot around 50 shots with target arrows with no issues on fairly low pounds using the bow's instruction manual. I also did not find any instructions on the muzzy bow website providing any assistance for making this adjustment. As soon as we go fishing this weekend, we will be able to see how it really is. I have been bowfishing for years and have found this to be the best overall setup I have ever had. It was almost impossible for me to attach the lower cam draw length module screw in both positions. The arrow I got was green rather than white, and the knock on the arrow was broken. I will be in contact for a replacement cam and arrow after that.

I have nbsp The product arrived in excellent condition and I was very pleased with its packaging. I saw complaints of damaged items in shipping, but I never noticed any damage on mine. Several tests have been conducted, and it is proving to be a really reliable product. This is a highly recommended product.
