Selected User Reviews For Uzaki Nissin Rod Tenkara Starter Set 360
The Tenkara rod that you see here is a very nice rod for a novice in this The materials used are quality, and the responsiveness is excellent. Japan to the United States was delivered in just four days due to its lightning-fast shipping. In the box you'll find everything you need A rod, line, flies, and soft sleeves to carry it all are the essentials for fly fishing. This setup is a great choice if you're looking for an introduction to the Tenkara world.
I am delighted to see this. Although the pond fish are smaller, it's been great fun to catch them. There was nothing that I did not like about the kit. It's very well put together and very useful.
The tippet is included. Based on recommendations from experienced Tenkara fisherman and wanting to make sure I had all the equipment I needed, I selected this starter set for my first foray into Tenkara fishing. There are almost no individuals who recommend that you do not have the rod (obviously), line, flies, tippet, and some kind of line management system. As a result, here are a few things potential buyers need to know *Brief description here The set includes both the leader (furled monofilament) and rope as advertised, but it also includes a pre-prepared rope The tippet is tied to a shield (I am not sure if it is rated for strength). Among the features of this set is the ability to manage lines of leadership. During travel or between fishing sessions, you can use your line to maintain its position. This is a basic plastic spool with a firm foam insert. It does, in fact, fit snugly over the rod base because the foam insert grips the rod.
3. I was very surprised that it included three flies, as advertised, but also a nice plastic case that is obviously water resistant and should float, and this was not advertised, so it was a nice surprise. The flies are also barbed, which is not mentioned anywhere. This is the third barbless fly I have bought. 4
There is a nylon case that comes with the rod, and I believe it is designed more for protecting the rod between sessions than for carrying since there is no handle or loop. Nevertheless, since the rod and all the gear weigh virtually nothing (my 4 year old daughter can hold it fully extended with one hand), I'm not sure I need a carrying case. The case is however quite slim and would not fit around the handle of a rod with the line spool attached. As a result, you will need a different case if you intend to carry your rod this way.
