Product Description

Owner's SSW design is very similar, but includes a "V" bend deep in the gap and an elongated point to encourage hooked fish to stay hooked in that deep throat.

The hook can be threaded through bait with little damage if the eye is slightly up.

We use these for salmon fishing, with sizes ranging from 5,4 to 3, depending on the species. In this case, Chinook and Coho salmon are being used.

This is a fantastic solution. It's a lot better than attempting to suffocate your barbs. I've never had a problem with missing fish. It was a lot easier and safer for the Bass to remove the hooks. br>br>Prices seem to fluctuate wildly, but when they're at a reasonable price, I'd strongly recommend them!.

These hooks have a needle-like sharpness to them! It's a pain having to fish with barbless hooks for salmon, but that's a user error; you can't force them in.

There isn't much of a way out, if any at all

Hooks are excellent. The hook's v bend ensures that your catch is hooked for a long time. I've only been using them for a few days, but I'm already bringing in more than just bites. They have needle-like points and should be handled with caution.
