My daughter hasn't tried swimming with hers, but I doubt she will. It is not made in the same way that rash guard swimsuits are.
A ladies size chart is included in one of the listings. one with men's sizes, and the other with women's sizes I hope this information is useful.

I had to return it because it was too small, so I ordered one size larger, which is XL for me (and I'm not a big or busty gal), and it fits perfectly. mostly. However, it is still an uncomfortable fit. If I order from them again, I'll most likely order men's products in men's sizes. It would be nice if the products were made to fit true to size (I'd say a women's xl is equivalent to a US size 8-10) Do not order this brand if you are any larger).
When it comes to moving with the material, shorts usually have a little give. This material is stiff and lacks a great deal of flexibility. The shorts are VERY short, and the bulkiness of the velcro front was too much for me to bear, so I tossed them. These would fit me if I was 30 pounds lighter and had fewer abs.
It's sssssssssssssssssss And it's always stationary! I don't wear the shorts because I'm only training in gi right now (new white belt), but I adore them! I'm a petite woman (4'10, 90 pounds) who has a hard time finding compression clothing that actually fits! Both of my sets had the smallest sizes.
The shirt and leggings are both extremely comfortable and well-fitting. I don't wear the shorts because they are too tight and make me look odd. The bra is a little on the small side. When I remove it, I can hear the stitching rip, but it's still usable for the time being. Overall, I think it's a good value for the money, and I'd purchase from this seller again.
When you stretch a piece of fabric, it loses its color. It's a fun game to play. The quality isn't the best, but it's acceptable for the price.
When you order these, the color you see on the website may not be representative of what you will receive. This was one of them. Pink is a beautiful color.
Look great and don't let on that you're wearing something see-through. For jiu jitsu, they've been incredible! I'd strongly suggest it!.
They are also tailored to my specifications. Both adaptable and relaxing. I can't wait to put them through their paces in training and put them to the test! For the price, it's excellent!.
