It's a florarcarbon line, to be precise. It is invisible to fish. It doesn't have any kind of glow to it.

It's a good thing you have a lot of options. Geeez

Plune has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I have a spool with a range of 4 to 30 pounds that I mostly use for leader material, but I also use it for some of my lighter set ups. When it comes to leader material, this is my go-to line.
I was hoping this would work as a topshot/leader, but it's a poor product. Seaguar is significantly more expensive. But it always snaps at the knot, especially when I'm eating a nice salmon. br>br>After the first incident, I took extra care to tie a better clinch, lubricating it as I tightened it. It didn't stop breaking. In addition, the albright braid to pline knot on my albright braid snapped. br>br>As a result, this is a terrible product that no fisherman will enjoy. I looked up "knot breaking pline floroclear" on Google and found this. There have been numerous similar findings, so it's surprising that they continue to produce and sell this.
For many years, this has been the best casting line I've used, and it still holds up well, but as some pro fishermen have told me, any fish line should be stored in a cool, dark place until it's time to use it on the reel.
I was bitten five times more than the other anglers who were using brand name fluorocarbon.
I'm not sure if this is an old line, but it breaks for no apparent reason. I bought 10 pounds locally and it's twice as long as this, so I'm not pleased. Please, Amazon, come in.
Excellent value for money. Line that is long lasting.
I would not buy this item because it is the thinnest and most fragile line I've ever purchased. It snaps at every turn and has no support. It weighs less than a pound.
