It is entirely dependent on how long you serve as a leader. You can make 27 1 yard leaders at a distance of 27 yards. I recently used it in Puerto Vallarta and found it to be extremely useful. I caught a 40-pound Rooster fish, as well as a variety of other fish. I used leaders ranging in length from 3 to 5 feet. I hope this has been of assistance.
It has a slightly larger diameter than 15 lb braid, but it's still an excellent leader material.
I bought this along with "shinsei" 15lbs a few years ago. I tried both and found the cfx version to be lacking. Several lures were lost in a seabass's abrasive mouth. It's dog shit, and it's a huge letdown. However, I'm not sure if it's better today. br>br>Anyway, I've been using shinsei ever since. I use it for light jigging at a depth of 40 meters, and I've landed a few pieces of 6-pound tuna. 7kg. Since then, I've been unable to break free from it.

When fishing for northern pike in super-deep water, use this material as a leader. The water is crystal clear. (A mine pit is a pit in which minerals are mined. ) ) I'm using a simple overhand knot that's been secured with super glue, and it's holding up nicely. Because most of the lures I use are large enough, the leader does not end up deep enough in the fish's mouth to test how well it would withstand being cut by pike teeth. Because it doesn't kink like the fine wire Invisaleaders I was using before, I'll keep using it for trolling and casting spoons, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Plus, with this, I can quickly and easily create new leaders. Is it something I'd use with a jig or live bait? I'd give it a shot, but I'd be a little apprehensive about it.
I've used it with both Fireline and PowerPro, connecting them with a 5-pin connector. make a double-turn uni knot. I find the connection to be extremely strong and dependable when it is carefully tied. The leader is tough and long-lasting, and the fish can't see it because it's fluoro. I recently caught a 38" musky using 25lb test leader material (no additional wire leader), though I reduced my drag significantly during the fight and played it very carefully. I've also had pike bite the 20lb test on several occasions, so it's not indestructible. It's very resilient stuff, though, with a little skill and a little luck. This book comes highly recommended.
This is an excellent product that clearly works. There are more hooksets when there are more fish in the boal. It's extremely well-made and well worth the extra money for the leader line, which adds to the overall enjoyment. There are more fish in the water. This is something that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys fishing. This fantastic item gets five stars. It's also a little less expensive than the store where I usually shop. I'll order it again because it's such a good deal. Now, be careful when tying the knot because it may slip if not done properly. Also, make sure to wet it while doing so.
OVERALL, A GREAT LEADER, AND MY CATCH RATE HAS DEFINITELY INCREASED!.
Excellent item.

Shinsei and I both purchased it. Both FG knots were used in my experiments. Shinsei made tying a FG knot much easier. I was doing it without a bobbin at the time. For the knot's firmness, I had to bite on it. Before I tied the knot, CFX snapped several times. Shinsei, on the other hand, would make it easier for me to tie the knot. In comparison to Shinsei, CFX felt much more stiff. Shinsei had a softer, more supple feel to it.
