Don't spend your money on things you don't need. It's a real shame this knife set is so bad. This is the image that came to my About five crappies later, I stopped using it. As a resident of the Gulf of Mexico, and as familiar as I am with electric knives, I have been using an electric filet knife weekly for over two years. This was the first brand I tried, and I'm very disappointed in it. Due to a defect in the first one, I sent it back the second one also has a defect, and I don't have the option to return it. When the blades were first used, they would not stay together properly. During use of the replacement knife, the blades ejected from the knife. This defect also existed in the replace knife. These knives are not well designed and will not last very long, in my opinion.
There isn't quite enough blade length in the long blade, and the short blade is He was able to clean a mess of fish with it, and from my perspective, it did just fine. I only had one use before it died. Ever since then, it has not worked. We do not recommend this product because it is faulty and horrible.
