That was not the case for mine. The knives, blades, and fork are the only items needed.
The answer is yes.
The only way you can make blades thinner would be to change only their length.
I have no idea what that bone is.

It works well on all meats, including poultry, pork, and beef. A disadvantage of this knife is that it has very deep serrations on the blade. When it is cut, it leaves a striation in the meat. While I understand this is for fish, I can see how others will use it for everything else With a strong motor and low heat output, it's ideal for kitchen use.
It is only the serrations that I would change. There are serrations near the tip of the blade that are made to resemble a saw rather than a knife and may catch on skin, bones and scales. It would be better to have more rounded serrations for better.
Getting this for my dad as a Father's Day and birthday gift was a huge hit! After fish fishing, he has used the net many times and says it makes fileting a lot easier.
I've had one for at least six years. I've only lost the blade once I tried to clean it, and that was The blades finally stick and I have a spare for when they stop working, so my sons and I both got one. A small trout, a northern, and a walleye have all been cleaned by me There are a lot of walleyes to be found on the lake. It isn't unusual to clean 10 or more Every time we go fishing, we catch 20 walleyes. This knife is my go-to when it comes to filleting and trimming.
Using this knife to fillet fish is a fantastic idea.
This filet knife was a gift my daughter got for my dad for Father's Day. He.
When I made my way to the handle it was getting so hot I had to put down the knife and let it cool down. The rest of the program worked perfectly.
It is very nice.
