Although I did not like the pull a little too much given the weight I had on it, I was really happy with the product up until a few days ago when I was surprised to find The string apparently started cutting into the polycarbonate case over time as a result of slightly angled pulls on the lanyard. At the time, I did not realize this was happening until the string snapped from the Rather than slowing cutting through the case, the tough kevlar string slowly cut into the case until it broke until it snapped. A simple metal eyelet could have been installed to guide the string on angled pulls.
