No, it does not look like the picture

It is now Thursday and I have received my plates. As seen in the picture, the plate has a horizontal gimbal attached. There is a horizontal gimbal on both of the cameras I received. A horizontal gimbal can't even be put in place since there are no holes at all. The reason I'm not happy is that I will be playing in a big tournament next week and I don't have the plate In order to put the gimbal in horizontally, I'm going to have to drill holes in the plastic. As far as the backing to the plate is concerned, it is excellent. It seems as though it will be easy to reel in a big fish on this.
