I am very happy with the straps. I use the soft padding they are made out of to protect my fishing rods and secure them to the rings on the side of my As far as I can tell, they're strong enough. I pulled them and stretched them, and did not see any tears in the stitching. There won't ever be an issue with them falling apart. I have extra straps because it comes with a bunch of them. My general opinion is that I am quite pleased with them, and I would buy them again if the need arises.
