I'd estimate that it fits a waist size of 60"
A 60" screen
As I do not have a rod with a 2" cap, I cannot confirm this, but it looks like it will fit if you remove the pin first. (We had no problem with that. stands at 2 1/4 inches wide near the middle and narrows to 2" at There is a range of about 2" to 3" of depth in the socket. I have found this waist pad to be effective for a very low price. When we had to fight red fish and sharks, we used it. You will find holding the rod and reel much easier on your arms than holding the rod and reel alone.

A very good product in both quality and fit. There was no stainless steel pin on either belt, however. Not really important, but kinda You can possibly get two more without pins, but it would be too much trouble to return them. contacting the seller via the Amazon page but there was no way to do so. In the event that the two pins are received, I will upgrade my rating to five.
This belt is superior to nothing and better than nothing at all. It is acceptable for casual users but has too many flaws to be considered an excellent belt "as is. " I have some good news for you It is an improvement over the cheaper version of this item, which did not have the outer padding, that the cup has a decent design and the outer padding around it. There are a number of problems Using Velcro on a boat is a mistake. It will never be tight enough, will snag all sorts of gear and clothing, will not be properly positioned for some sizes of users, and will eventually wear out. Basically, this is a cheap and easy solution. Also, the pin with lock nut makes it easy to lose BUT, I liked it well enough to turn it into an adequately strong belt. Here are the steps I took
1) Replaced pin with stainless hitch pin retained by Using a 1/16" hitch pin instead of a cotter pin is the alternative if you desire the pin to be removable (I do not). I bought them at the Ace hardware store in my neighborhood. 1) I removed the velcro from the belt using the thread cutter from the SO's sewing kit. Then I fitted it with a 2" YKK quick release buckle and 2, 2" plastic TriGlide slides to control the length of the extra belt. On Amazon, you can find the buckle and slide which can be purchased. *3) Added color coding to each of the three belts I wanted to commend the captain for his efforts in keeping lines untangled and we landed them all with the help of our mate's gaff action). An angler will be given a color coded belt, which he or she can customize Once you've adjusted it to the perfect fit, just grab one and click it on. It is possible to cut the belt with scissors and have the ends heated if you wish to shorten it So this keeps the braid from unraveling, it is singed (melted slightly) on a stove. Providing you modify it properly, this is an excellent belt that is comfortable, fits perfectly, is durable, light, and small enough to take with you on the road. It also Even if you use 30 lb standups in extended fights with large fish you may consider a belt and harness setup where the belt connects to the reel lugs allowing you to use weight and body weight rather than your arms to hold the rod and exert pressure. There are a lot of uses for this belt that make it unsuitable for that- Using a harness will not allow it to recover enough line per rod stroke due to its position and size. In any case, I wouldn't recommend the AFTCO standup harness unless you can wear it comfortably (see my review on Amazon). It is not realistic for manufacturers to claim that their products are large.
For the money, it was a great deal. Do not pay attention to previous comments regarding pins. The bolt looks to be a nice size and looks like they heeded their advice. The blade is stainless steel, of course. don't see any possibility of it being broken.
I was expecting that and it worked just fine.
I think the belt is pretty good quality for the price. As soon as the second fish was caught, the pin broke (I replaced the pin with a new stainless bolt, and it appears to be okay. I would either leave it as is or give it a better rating if the pin was better.
The price is reasonable and it appears to be a good value.
I ordered it and it fits my needs perfectly. There is only one downside you have to tighten the velcro strap around your waist several times to get it secure, and you always seem to have some slack after you do. This belt is a good value for the price you pay.
I like how this works. A good landing net for big fish that is easy to put on and comfortable to wear.
