This jacket has made my day. For ten years, I had a similar one (a boys x large in black) that I misplaced. Last summer, I saw these for $49 at Walmart and decided to pick one up as a replacement for my old coat. However, I considered the cost to be excessive. If I needed to, I'm sure I'd be able to locate it. nope. It had vanished once and for all. AND it's extremely difficult to find this material and coat shape. I like how stiff it is - aids in the faster and easier roll-off of water Although the hood does not have the same stiff brim as my previous jacket, I prefer the pockets on this one over my previous one. I WISH I had chosen a more vibrant color than blue, but I wanted to be able to enjoy it for a long time, so I chose baby blue. It's a lovely shade of blue. The sleeves are long enough to accommodate a sweater underneath, but not so long that I appear to be wearing someone else's coat. The extra length in the back is fantastic. My first one eventually fell apart. It appeals to me greatly. It's the same as the one I used to wear. There are a lot of pockets, and the vent keeps it cool, but it also keeps you warm when it's cold outside. My previous one is still in excellent condition after many years of use. I only got another because I wanted a different color.

It's only one thing that can irritate you about it. This jacket is fantastic. It's water-resistant, lightweight, and extremely comfortable. Only the mesh lining, which can catch on jewelry, can be a source of irritation.
This is the second time I've bought one. It is a pleasant environment in which to shop. It's where I've gone fishing, dancing, and walking in the rain. It quickly became a staple in my wardrobe.
