I bought this vest for concealed carry options, and on faith that UTG products are generally good quality for good prices. I was surprised to find it exceeded my expectations in some categories, and disappointed in others. It conceals a full sized pistol with no printing while offering an affordable price point. There are plenty of pockets inside and outside the vest for you to be able to carry just about anything you could want. There is space at the top for your pistol, phone, multi-tool, and pocketables. Does not look as tactical as many other CCW options, nor does it make you look like a cowboy wannabe, as is the case with some others. The man seems to be urban and grey. I really like the design of the internal pockets as they have zippers for easy access.
THE BAD The stitching could be better. It is single stitched with thin thread, and my outer pocket started coming apart after just a week. The print can be hidden and the weather resistance is excellent. This collar is comfortable on your neck, but it's not very comfortable on your Chafing is a possible cause of it. Shooting sporting clays with this vest has been an enjoyable experience for me. At one point, it rained intermittently while we were shooting. It was complimented by several people.
