The answer is yes. During the hunting season, I hunt from tree stands. Elevated then is what I would choose. Spot and Stalk were created using the other colors. You may not agree with both, but you cannot go wrong either way.
This is not the case. The majority of pullovers of this type are designed to provide insulation when worn underneath a coat Outer layer made of a water resistant material This sweater would become heavier and less comfortable if it were lined with a windproof layer. But it is also suitable for layering under a coat or worn alone.

When layered or used properly, it is a good insulation piece. is a little snug, but that is what you want if you are wearing something over it. thumb holes on the sleeves firmly hold the sleeves in place. The finger mittens on top of this are fantastic features, which is why I bought In addition to peripheral vision, the hood allows for a little warmth and concealment, and the face mask adds even more warmth. This is a very good piece, but layering is essential for it to work.
In the same vein as many others, I was sceptical about long sleeves and mittens. On the other hand, I recently went on a five-day, forty-mile trip along the Rogue River in Oregon in January. The long sleeve feature and mittens were extremely useful when it got below freezing. I slept in it and really enjoyed wearing it. This is a moderately warm day and it seems to breathe well. It doesn't feel like it would bunch up around your wrist as if it were a traditional hoodie with the sleeves around your wrist. 5'10" 230 lbs ordered an XL and it was a little baggy now that I think about it, I would just go with a large, no need to size up if your base layers are only tees and thermals. As well as keeping you warmer, the face mask feature disappears into the hood when not in use, so you can fit it in your pocket if you forget your regular mask when traveling. I like the hood, especially when I don my hat. It keeps me covered and allows me to see peripherally.
Sitka apparel is great, but this hoodie has big quality issues. I've wore it one weekend without washing it and the elastic at the cuffs is already fraying perhaps it will become completely drayed after washing it twice. There was very rapid pilling of the right chest (the left side has some sort of finish on it which prevents pilling for me). case, for this price and for Sitka, you would expect a lot more from a place like this. This is something I will hold off on purchasing until they fix it.
This is my dream product. Please let me know how much profit margin it has. This is warm. A blind is a great place to go hunting. My favorite feature of this mask is that it can be removed. Despite the grey trim on the hood, I'm not sure why it was chosen. Essentially, it does outline the face a bit, so the human form becomes more apparent. It's a nice touch, but it adds a lot of bulk to your sleeve that just isn't necessary, and it's also sort of a gimmick. Nevertheless, it is one of the best hunting gears available on the market, and it is the best you will find.
It is well worth In today's world, a built-in face mask is a big plus. A short sleeve tee was all I had I kept warm in these 50-degree temperatures with this hoody and shirt underneath It was 60 degrees when I went out. There is a great deal of skin contact with the fit. Although I'm not a hunter, I think this hoodie is definitely worth the 200$ price tag, thanks to the features it offers. It is nice to have thumbholes positioned so the sleeves reach the finger tips after you have put your mittens on, especially in cold weather when you forget to put your gloves on. There is no doubt that a great deal of thought has gone into making this hoody, and it would be hard to find a similar one.
I find this piece of Silka to be one of my favorites. As a Christmas gift to my son in law, I ordered three for myself and one for him as well. ordered an XL because I don't like tight clothes. I have a 44 chest and it was a little loose on me, so in my opinion, it goes perfectly over heavy merino wool and a wick dry T-shirt.
As an avid whitetail hunter, I think this is probably the most versatile piece of whitetail gear from Sitka. The sweatshirt can be worn alone or as part of a layering system, or even with the fanatic vest. In 20 degree weather I pair a base layer with the fanatic hoodie and the fanatic vest, then layer up when I get to the field. In spite of the fact that Sitka is a system, this is a good tool to get started.
This helmet offers a lot of features, along with hood and gaiter built in. The fit is very slim and snug. It is claimed to be an odor treatment for helping eliminate orders cannot confirm its First worn on hike to Mount St. Helens. Quite warm, but not as warm as the fleece. We were staying at Leconte Lodge for the night and this warm hoodie was perfect for the sunset and the When active, it is comfortable for tempertures 30 to 40 It's 50 degrees. Will buy again if the price is right. It fits well on my 6'2" 185lb frame. An XL is what I would recommend to you.
