My arms were about four inches too short, so I went up to an XXXL. The sleeves are still a little short on the XXXL, but they are still a bit of a squeeze. As someone who stands 6'3" 280 lbs. , this would not be recommended for somebody higher. It probably works well for you if your body is designed like a cannon ball. I am sure there is a 5'10" 300lb guy making measurements for Drake's clothing line somewhere.
