How should this wading jacket be worn under a jacket or clothing when it is cold?

If you want to wear the Delta Wading Jacket with the Duck oven or any of the Gradient Jackets, do so. We recommend trying either the heavyweight hoody or the grinder series if you need just a pull over. Thanks for reading, I hope this helped

What kind of lining does it have and does it have any pocket(s) on the front?

A large shell pocket is on the front of the bag. It is very comfortable, but unfortunately I don't know the name of the lining. There have been many waterfowl hunting jackets that I have owned. This is the best.

I felt that the arms were a little tight

A great fit can be found throughout the jacket. This coat is a bit long and has a girth around the waist and chest. However, the arms are just too tight to really layer As it stands, the coat itself does not have a lot of insulation, it is more like a shell with a little bit of As such, as far as I can tell, it's tricky to layer much beneath this coat. My only complaint is that I couldn't layer a puffy vest under it.

I would wear it with wading bibs because it's short and designed for that

The order was placed, but the product was returned. I was pretty sure it was waterproof and windproof when I looked at the material. The wading bibs should go with these and should be layered as they do not provide any I ordered this jacket with the duck oven jacket since I thought they would be good to wear together. The bottom of the jacket barely touches the belt line. There are zippers under the arms of the delta for ventilation, which seems pointless for a jacket intended for layering. I got a Drake instead because I paid more for the name. It seems to be good quality, but I regret paying so much for the name.

My family and I recently spent an entire day hunting in Ohio's rainstorm. Since they are bone dry, pit zips are a great heat dumping tool. Despite its small size, the jacket packs quite With the base layer and mid layer, there is a high degree of wind resistance and waterproofing. Neither insulation nor a heating system is present. The jacket has a lot of pockets.

Wear this jacket like a boss

The jacket has been my hunting jacket for two seasons and I have become more and more impressed with it. The price is well worth it. Felt like a dork in two feet of water last weekend and never got a drop of water on me. Even with the cuffs fully submerged, every bit of water was kept out by the Velcro cuffs. In the end, a day that could have ended up as a disappointment ended up being a fantastic one. Considering the quality and size of this piece of equipment, this is a must-have for duck hunting.

Windproof and gives me good dry time I love the call straps on this I am never disappointed with anything from Sitka it always works well just remember these fit a little on the small side so you can fit it in your waders so make sure you get the right.

A man's best friend in the outdoors

You can wear this jacket all day long! Purchased an outdoor gear item that was one of the best decisions I ever The product has been effective for hunting deer and elk in the past It is turkey season and bass fishing is good on Lake Erie. When the weather is exceptionally nasty, I use this as a regular moisturizer. I really like the pit zips for ventilation and the layout of the whole thing is great. I think it is worth the money, and it will last you a lifetime.

I was very impressed with the I actually received it a day ahead of time. My favorite feature about this jacket is that I have plenty of room for my arms, and when I move my arms to the shooting position, the jacket doesn't ride up!.
