This is not the case.
I'm afraid you will find that there is no hood with this In the photo you can see a mock collar on it.
It never got a chance to be tested. There is a slight difference between the size of Kryptek's clothing and what you would expect. It ended up being too small for a M in my usual size. Likewise, the arms seem to be really tight. Nevertheless, it should do a good job of blocking the wind. As if it had a good chance of being
As far as the jacket is concerned, it's completely different than the hat. I really appreciate it. I like the quality of the jacket. Fabric that is snag-free and durable. Make sure you layer if you're sitting in a blind or on a stand and it's cold.

Since I am in between sizes in clothing brands (all brands), I had to return this item since it was both too tight and too loose. In any case, I don't own any Kryptek hunting apparel, but I wanted my jackets to work with the Kryptek clothing. In terms of warmth and wind protection, it's a step up from the Dalibor Jacket, which I have in Medium and can work with, although it's a little loose. If this was used, less layers would be necessary to keep the same degree of warmth, while not being too bulky or heavy. It will be obvious to anyone who reads a review that the arms are too long for most men, but Velcro cuffs help out with that. You should go up one size if you are in between sizes. With a single merino wool LS base layer on, I felt the Medium was too restricting with just a single shell style outer layer. If it hadn't had an outside shell, I could have gotten away with the Small.
It is perfect for those who appreciate relaxed fit in their clothing. There is an interior fleece that is soft and appears to have a little more loft than other brands, allowing more heat to be trapped. Hence, the outer shell doesn't trap heat or fight off wind like other softshells, so it makes sense when at rest or standing still. Although I see it as a weakness, I do not perceive it as a fault. Softshells with a rubbery texture are softer and better breathable than those with a softer exterior. This means that I would be in a more comfortable position while.
Since I've wanted a Kryptek jacket for a while, I'm glad this one lives up to my expectations. I like how well made it is. There are lots of large pockets that are well insulated. I like them a lot. I like the softness of the material on this jacket, but it also appears Considering I'm 5'5" and 220 pounds, I got the XL, and it fits perfectly. I was worried the arms would be too long, but they simply fit with just an inch or two more room, which is enough to allow me to move comfortably. In the coming season, I look forward to taking it out and experiencing the warmth.
I think this is a great "mid-length" Several jackets are available in this weight. Waterproof is written in the title and resistant is written in the text for this Amazon item. Though I have not yet taken it out in the rain, it is clear that the material is not water-proof. To be honest, I am looking forward to wearing it in the field, once we get a bit cooler weather (or I go farther north).
I was surprised by how well this jacket fits. In the most recent time, I wore it when the weather was in the low 40s and there were sustained winds of 20mph. There was a lot of snow on the ground today. It did a good job of insulating me against the wind and kept me from getting too cold. My jaw dropped when I saw that.
Finished outside in a poor manner. Additionally, seems to be unable to convince you that it will not.
Long arms and a slim fit make this a great jacket for cool weather. I have not tried it during the winter.
