Putting had always been my strength as a handicap 2, but I stopped making putts in 2016 because of bad habits that affected my overall game. A few minutes after playing this, I was on a course for a tournament practice round, and I saw one of these sets up. As soon as I looked at my shoulders, they were VERY LARGE, probably 7 or 8 inches The temperature is eight In the end, I ordered one of these from Amazon. In late July, I began working with the mirror, and it took me 2 weeks until I was comfortable with my setup. Here are my stats before my mirror*before June There were 98 putts/golf club after Earlier this month Golfers who putt 90 times per round in September The greens were aerated in October and November (84 putts/green). A 78 putt round is a 220 yard round with only 75 yards to putt! I made about 7% birdies in July and 15% in November. The ratio has more than doubled. As you can see, my GIR % fell flat during this time, always around 55. use the mirror just about every time I play on the putting green to make sure my setup is correct before I begin my round.
Initially, this product appeared to be great, but within a few moments I realized it was basically just a large, thin, plastic surface covered with metal foil. As a plastic instrument, it doesn't sit flat (it has a bow), so you need to keep pushing it down slightly to make it flat when you practice. Eventually it cracked and one of the legs on the side fell off while using it for six weeks. My plan is to buy an identical replacement, but I will look for one with Purchasing the item 40 days ago on Amazon has been a great experience. It is the company that makes the Eyeline mirror that states that items purchased from Amazon are eligible for 30-day returns A 90-day warranty is better than the 60-day warranty This is the same warranty you'd get if you purchased it directly from the supplier.
This appeared to be a good product, however, the mirror surface had been distorted and the material was too thin, resulting in the device not lying I tried to correct but I was unable to, and in the process, the backing was broken. It's been hot in the summer so the glue that holds the plastic mirror to the plastic backing has slipped. It lasted less than a year with light usage, and I would not recommend it.
Checking my shoulder was my purpose in getting this. With a handicap of 2, I am on a mission to become a better putter in 2017. The purpose of this test is to check my eye position and shoulder alignment. During my first set up over it, I had a hard time not noticing two pretty glaring alignment problems (eyes too far over the ball, shoulders too I can only think of one negative aspect about this tool once my alignment is corrected, I imagine it will become less and less useful (maybe only using it for the start of a practice session, just to ensure everything is still working). If a tool does its job too well, then I can probably put up with it.
It was a straight forward and straightforward process. It is very simple to use, easy and convenient to carry, and it is incredibly affordable. There are a number of free resources available for those looking to improve their putting game without spending a lot of money or time with a teacher. For a golfer on the average, I highly recommend this game.
It's been a week since I played my first round of golf since using this at home, and already I can tell a difference It is obvious that something has changed. The majority of my putts did not fall but the stroke I made on the ball and the number of putts I sank were much better than I expected. Practicing with this product allows you to instantly see club position and shoulder alignment feedback as you do so. It has a lot of potential that I can't wait to explore.
It has definitely helped me improve my putting style. Your eyes should be directly above the ball if your objective is to have them there. There is no way around it. I also found it helpful when it came to my shoulder alignment.
You can also use tees and even golf ball boxes to help you effectively manage your ball path and see the ball from the right angle.
