We bought these for our backyard putting green a little over a year ago on Amazon (along with artificial turf). These are fairly simple to set up. br>br> For proper drainage, I recommend using about 4"- 6" of river rock. In addition to the cup's depth, the hole is 5" deeper. br>br>This item is sold in a set of two. We also bought one for Dad, and it's a great backyard addition with a simple plug-and-play installation on Bermuda grass.
I have the space, I've started digging up the weeds and dirt, and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy these cups ahead of time. These cups look and feel very professional, and will add the sight and sound of sinking a putt beyond just a hole in the ground, so ordering them in advance motivates me to finish the project.
For our putting green, these are extremely sturdy cups. Our 17-year-old ones were cracked from the Arizona sun and posed a safety hazard to our grandchildren, as our oldest granddaughter cut her finger retrieving her ball. I'm glad I came across these because they fit perfectly.
This is a high-quality item made of durable plastic. It has the same look, feel, and appearance as a golf course.
The Kingtop 6" putting cups and mini golf flagsticks were among the items I purchased. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I've got these in my backyard, and they're making the concrete green. I used a 4 mm drill bit to drill the holes. The cups and flagsticks both fit perfectly into the 25-inch holes.
They appear to be quite large at first glance, but they turn out to be just right.
This is fantastic. They're sturdy and, as far as I can tell, identical to those on the golf course.
