I received the umbrella and found the product's opening button to be defective, so I left a negative review. The problem was that I bought the umbrella and didn't use it for four months. I contacted the seller/company, and they went above and beyond the call of duty, issuing a new one without question. They turned down my offer to return the defective item. br>br>I understand that not every product is flawlessly produced. The service you receive if any problems arise is what distinguishes a great purchase. br>br>As a result, I am very happy with my new umbrella.

He's put it through its paces in a few storms and claims it's the largest, most durable umbrella he's ever owned. There will be no bending in the wind, and it will be large enough to keep you dry. We are pleasantly surprised, especially given the low cost. We'll buy more to give as gifts.

Unfortunately for me, the first time I used them was when I was traveling during Hurricane Isaias' first wave as it struck New York. I was hit by a strong gust of wind that threatened to rip my umbrella from my grip. Instead of being dragged a few feet, I was dragged a few feet before I could adjust my position. The umbrella didn't break, and it didn't show any signs of wear and tear! I was blown away. I've spent more money on umbrellas that aren't as strong. br>br>An interesting side note on the slipcover; It has adjustable straps, so you can wear it backwards. Adjust the strap to secure the fit, whether it's backpack style or across one shoulder. It's a feature I've never seen before on an umbrella, and it's something I really like.

It's a golf umbrella that provides good weather protection. Large enough for three people. It is possible for four people to be submerged without getting wet. If there is a disadvantage, it is having to close the car door in the rain while keeping the umbrella open for protection. That, however, is being extremely picky. I'd suggest it.

It performs admirably as a canopy. br>br>However, the push button for opening it no longer works. The umbrella should open when you press the button. With one hand, I must press the button, while the other twists the shaft. It simply does not work to exit a car while it is raining with one hand opening the door and the other opening the umbrella. It's inconvenient that I have to fiddle with the door with two hands when leaving my apartment in the rain.

This is the third time I've used this umbrella, and I'm starting to think I've been taken advantage of. This item isn't water resistant. Water leaks from the area where the handle is attached to the fabric, in particular. This product isn't worth buying because it doesn't do what it claims to: keep you from getting wet.

The seller immediately contacted me and requested photos of the umbrella, stating that they would gladly replace it. It appears that the umbrella I received had a manufacturing flaw. The replacement umbrella arrived promptly and is in excellent working condition! This umbrella is one I would recommend. It's quite large, offers a lot of shade, and can withstand wind. *
br>I was ecstatic with my purchase and couldn't wait to put it to good use at my son's next soccer game. The very first time I used it, I thought it was fantastic. It was big and covered a lot of ground. The umbrella broke in the second game due to a small wind gust! This umbrella was purchased because it has vents that allow the breeze or wind to escape, preventing this from happening. It's now completely out of balance. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome.
