In a nutshell, The size of this umbrella is exactly what I wanted! I could not cover myself adequately with a normal size umbrella when I walked or when it rained, whether it was to block the sun or to dry off after a shower. The only thing that was missing was a couple inches. It's just perfect for me that this is 68" tall. To think that I haven't found one like this until now is mind boggling. As you can see in the video I posted, the slits in this umbrella allow air, but not water, to pass through so that when it is windy this umbrella doesn't become a parachute and drag br>The handle is made of soft rubber which feels good in the hand. I almost forgot how important a bare tool is to the user, so I almost forgot what the best feature is. My point is the irritating metal piece on the edge of most umbrellas that needs to be pushed toward the center to close. Trying to close those locks has pinched my finger so many times. I'm so glad you're here, thank you Because this umbrella doesn't have that stupid metal lock and closes by pulling down, it's a much more reliable umbrella. Furthermore, the locking mechanism for storage has a nice solid click to notify you when it has locked in place. Opening the umbrella is also an enjoyable experience when you press the button. Last but not least, considering the size and materials used, the umbrella is relatively light for its size and weight. I give it two thumbs up.

In a nutshell The only difference between this and the one we used to have was that it lacked the automatic open feature or a double canopy. However, the automatic open feature is not an essential part of the software. The double canopy does make a big difference in comparison to my old umbrella that flipped open to the other side when there was a big gust of wind and few frames blew away. They aren't very sturdy and don't last long because of their cheap construction and lack of double canopy design that allows high winds to pass through to prevent the umbrella from inverting or flipping inside out, which is what went wrong for him both times. In the hot summer months, my husband uses this umbrella when he pushes his golf cart to protect him from the sun and to help him stay cool, especially since he's walking over six (6) miles to play golf. During the summer, my husband sought the maximum amount of shade possible by choosing the largest size available, which is 68 inches. He could easily be covered by this size, along with one (1) or two (2) additional people if needed. You can see what a size difference there is between the two! Not only will this keep him cool, but it will also help keep his expensive golf equipment and clubs dry in case of rain so it's perfect for all seasons. In a nutshell, Tropical Storm Beta hit just before I had my umbrella delivered and I was able to stay dry once I left home with the extra large umbrella. As you can see from this video, the bag holds up great in the gusts of wind and rain. Considering the attachment mechanisms attach to the umbrella fabric are made of plastic, there's a very low probability that they will rust or deteriorate over time.
