The chrome soft models are, in fact, a 4-star rating. If that's what you're talking about, piece construction. Any top-tier tour ball from a variety of manufacturers can be compared to this one. Personally, I enjoy playing them, and the x-box 360 is one of my favorites. For day-to-day use, outs are a fantastic investment. I use the triple track chrome soft x for official rounds after a day of training and practice. (X- Because outs aren't usually on the USGA's conforming list, using them in a serious tournament could result in a penalty or a DQ. However, they are adequate for 99 percent of the population. 5% of people and the casual events in which they participate in
I've bought a few dozen of these and haven't noticed any significant differences in appearance or playability. Those pin holes could just be air bubbles in the paint from when they painted the balls, and because they couldn't be removed, they're being referred to as cosmetic imperfections. If you play them and they don't seem to perform as well as they should, or if they break apart or cut like the old balata balls did, I'd contact Amazon for a refund or a new dozen balls.

Nine of the twelve balls had physical flaws rather than cosmetic flaws, as stated in the description. The ball's outer casing has gashes, dents, and pinhole-sized holes (see photo for examples).
I recently purchased 5 dozen to replenish my supply for the remainder of the season. (2 weeks ago) I finally ran out of ProVs yesterday, so I took these out of the sleeves to mark them. 15 of the five dozen (60 balls) have cores that protrude through the covers. Not only are these 15 balls completely useless, but the majority of the remaining balls have chips in their covers, indicating that they were damaged during production. br>br>I'd like to stress the importance of 15 balls once more. The equivalent of 5 sleeves that are completely useless, as well as a lack of confidence that the remaining sleeves will fly straight due to not being centered and cover surface imperfections. Unhappy to the extreme. Calloway should be ashamed for packaging these and selling them as (cosmetic blemishes). This is a clear lie and an attempt by Calloway to compensate for a poor manufacturing process and quality control. At the very least, I'm relieved that I've never had the opportunity to use them. I will never purchase another Calloway product.
Except for the x-marking, everything is outs and regular. a side street.
I was very pleased with the state of these balls. They're basically half-priced chrome soft balls with minor flaws in the finish. br>Callaway must have high standards because these balls were all in excellent condition, with only a few having a minor nick in the outer shell. I, like most golfers, prefer to play a premium ball but despise paying 4-figures for it. Each ball costs $5. This is a fantastic deal.
These are most likely older model X Outs, as some of them don't bounce as well as others. I'm going to practice with them. On the ball, there is a lack of finish or regular CS.
This is a fantastic price for a fantastic ball. It's as if you're playing a high-end game. Cost half as much as the original, and small cosmetic flaws can be difficult to spot. 😀.
This is an excellent golf ball that is fun to play. However, because of my slow swing speed and desire for a low-impact game, I chose this option. I prefer the Callaway Supersoft (which is also a few dollars less expensive) because it has more compression and a softer feel.
There's nothing about these balls that distinguishes them from the "real" chrome softs I own. When they say x-ray, they really mean it. out on them, but even the logo for that (lol) is attractive. br>br>Chrome Softs are, in my opinion, one of the softest and most durable balls available.
