MG1 Chrome Wedge

My 54 degree had a small ding on the back of the sole when I received it. What concerns me the most are the differences between this 54-degree wedge and the 58-degree wedge I previously bought. The clubs' backs are slightly different. My 58 has milled lines around the text, which are missing on the 54 I received, but the biggest disappointment is that the 54 degree lacks the mill textured face found on my 58 and all other high-quality modern wedges. These clubs appear to be factory seconds that were never intended for sale. Complete club heads that were turned down due to poor quality. br>I assumed the price drop was due to the release of a new version rather than a drop in club quality. I'm not happy at all! The dynamic gold is, for the most part, as expected. I paid a good price for good quality, but I got the short end of the stick!.

For some reason, the club had multiple scratches as well as some sticky material. It appears that it has been dragged and/or banged against something hard a few times, judging by the scratches. It does not appear to have been used. However, given the flaws, I wouldn't call it new.

The shaft was damaged when it was delivered. Was going to return it, but the note said to contact the manufacturer first, so I called TaylorMade and had the shaft repaired. I took it to Dick's and it's now as good as new.

It's just as good as SM8. They are stunning in appearance and feel, and the price is unbeatable. I purchased both the 54 and the 58.

What a wonderful Christmas present for my husband! He had mentioned this club and thought I wouldn't be able to afford it at such a short notice. Because I was concerned about the quality of the product, I purchased it. It's perfect for him. He's been golfing for a long time and is looking forward to using his new club in the spring!.
