The chair does not come with a carry strap. When folded shut, however, the back bar can be used as a handle to easily carry them.
I can only give you a rough estimate of around 6-inches. 8 pounds- Carrying it to games isn't difficult.
A plain brown box is used to ship the stadium chair. There is no product box included.

I've given them as gifts and have always been envious when others use theirs. My chair was standard width, but the wide width is far more comfortable. The chair has proven to be extremely durable. When I'm at a swim meet with my kids, I use mine. The chair is held in place by a hook beneath it, which prevents it from falling back onto the bleachers. When I'm sitting for four hours, this chair keeps my back and buttocks from becoming sore. At the meets, you will spend 5 hours. They'd also work well for any sport that has bleachers. If you have the option of choosing between regular and wide width chairs, go with the wide width. You'll be glad you did.
The back slides off to allow for monogramming, and then it's just a matter of screwing it back in once you're done. The extra few inches of space are extremely useful, especially for people who are taller. My husband is 6' 6" and weighs 230 pounds, and it was a perfect fit.
This chair appeals to me. I ordered this a long time ago and didn't realize that the chair's back needed to be glued or that the backing needed to be secured with a screw. So the only flaw in this design is that either my chair didn't come fully assembled or it was a defective chair. Don't get me wrong, the chair is extremely comfortable! When you carry the chair, the back of the chair slips off. There appear to be two screw holes in the back that may have required screws to hold it in place. Mines, unfortunately, were not included. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else.
I really like these chairs. We can bring these to any location that allows flimsy stadium/bleacher seats/pads but not even low-cost seating. back chairs with short legs These also provide much better support and do not fall, tilt, or rock backwards unless I want them to. These come highly recommended by me!.
Definitely larger than the standard model (which we bought from a local retailer). This Deluxe Wide Model is well-made and comfortably fits my body. The back rest fabric was simply screwed to the metal frame using the included screws, and that was it! Rather than hard concrete or metal viewing stands, this is much more comfortable to sit on. It comes highly recommended!.
When you're ready, use the two screws that come with the cover to secure it in place. This is an excellent item.
Last year, I attempted to order this chair from a different vendor and received old, scuffed chairs that had been painted with different paint and were not even the Stadium Chair Co product they advertised. I was given a refund and the chairs were returned, but I chose to wait. Even though I was hesitant to order from a new vendor, we were not disappointed this time. The Stadium Chair Co. provided us with genuine Stadium Chairs. As described in the advertisement. We've had a lot of fun with them at football games and hope to continue to do so for many years. They arrived in perfect condition and on time from this supplier.
I was fortunate enough to receive the "wide" version. It's comfortable to sit in, and it's free of harmful chemicals. It is held in place by skid runners on the bottom. The firmness of the seat can be adjusted with bungees. This is, in my opinion, one of the best.
