Perhaps this seems silly to some, but I used it to prevent my dog from falling. There's no limit to what you can do. He wouldn't go to any place where there was tile. He had leg surgery and it didn't help the way it should have. He'd get discouraged trying to walk and would often have to lean on me just so he wouldn't slide. A tile floor did not provide him with traction, so he would avoid it. I am aware that these are people socks, and I wear them often (bought Though I wouldn't wear these with your typical shoes, I would recommend them for those who want a thicker sole. If you like to workout barefoot/or without shoes while still being able to grip, these are good for you. The gripping of the foot is basically all of your toes (heal your foot). The medium is a perfect fit for my size 7 body and I ordered a medium. I find this type of shoe fits me perfectly with a little extra room for those with larger feet. All in all, I find this highly recommended. This is wonderful for me because I do not need to worry about my dog.

It's been 1 year since I've worn it! I think they're great! They are what I wear every day, and I've bought them before. It IS NOT easy to feel the grips on the bottom of your feet as you can with so many other shoes. Although they are heavy and soft, they are still useful during the summer months. I have two plates in my ankle, as well as a large amount of calcium filler at the base of my fibula and tibia, which makes the left ankle fairly wide, but they still fit well. I am certain smaller and larger sizes would work fine too. I bought these socks a few months ago when I attended barre class. This was such a great pair that I bought another two pairs. I was very pleased with the quality and the speed of delivery. Turning them inside out before machine washing with cold water is my method. For a pair of socks like this, I have to pay $16 a pair in barre class. After trying several brands and choosing four different labels, I eventually decided on them. The picture on the website looked great, and they look just as good in real life. What makes this outfit stand out is the way it fits. Unlike other shoes I have tried, these are so comfortable. The others were too small, too big, too bulky, too loose, and would slip I have worn other brands, and they stretched after a couple of hours.
