It is the only thing I dislike. No, I don't mean people with socks. Regular socks are one of those items that you need but dislike buying because it is one of those things you hate to pay for. Besides being expensive and not all socks are equal, Barre socks are particularly difficult to purchase they're not all cheap or made equally. I swore by my Toe Sox with all my heart. The shoes are so unsightly to wear but you'll wonder how it helps to have your toes spread and not slip while doing 90 second planks, not to mention in all the other positions where heels are required. As this is not a review of Toe Sox, but their sister company Tavi Noir, I will put that aside. Toe Sox manufactures Tavi Noir and the only reason I know this is because during the 2015 winter sale I purchased 6 pairs of Toe Sox to replenish my stock, and to my horror, the socks I received were disgusting. I found the shirt to be too thin and unfitting. As I stood in class, I was swept off my feet. There were many reasons why I was horrified. Every single one of them was used, and I cannot imagine returning any of Returning underwear is like returning dirty underwear. In addition, the socks were on sale, yet barre socks do not come I reached out to Toe Sox and asked if they planned to change manufacturers and they recommended these Tavi Noir socks. I have to admit, these are my new favorites among a variety of socks I've tried. This pair of socks is pure Barre. Great Soles, Lucy, Lululemon, Under Armour, Gaiam, and Sticky be Grip socks are among the brands we carry. Despite my small size 6 feet, I have pretty good balance. It appears the quality of some of the other socks I purchased is not as good as those that accommodate a size 5 I wear a size 10, which makes them stretch out too much and they slip and slide I like that these come in different sizes and the small feet fit me well. What I love even more is that they have super sticky grips! Oh, yeah! a big thank you to the makers for going all the way to the tip! I'm coming at ya in 90 seconds! And with full socks they don't look on the goofy side! Despite the fact that my kids think these Toe Sox are weird, they are perfect, and I plan on buying more in the future. My only complaint is that they don't seem to be thick enough, but other than that they are perfect and I plan to buy By the way, they clean up well as well.
I personally love this pair of socks because they are super comfy, great for Pilates, and they also look great. It's in style. They are great, and I buy them regularly from my Pilates studio, but I figured buying them from Amazon would be cheaper over time. Is the plural. Their sizing is a bit on the large side. I wear a 12) and a medium is too big for That should be kept in mind, therefore. recommend people to err on the side of.
For Barre class, I use several pairs of Tavi Noir socks. After using them for several months (only for Barre class), I'm satisfied with their durability. The grip is really good. There was also mention that people with longer feet could wear the Small size, but I wear a size I am 5 feet, 10 inches, and I could wear a small, but it would be snug. The larger size may be wise for anyone who is larger than a size 7. I am satisfied with the product and will purchase more.
I purchased a size large and it is on the more relaxed side. It is just what I needed for my Pilates class. I am very happy with these. We will also order more if the large size becomes I would highly recommend this product!.
My shoe size is 8 I wear it often. A medium was ordered in 1/9 and 5/9. Though I enjoyed the thin feel of them, I found myself losing my balance far too often. As I held planks during Pure Barre and used the reformer in Pilates, these socks constantly bunched and slipped to the side, leaving me unable to grasp them. Due to the fact that I only use them around the house now, I wouldn't recommend them.
The socks I bought for PureBarr class were slippery and didn't have good grip, which ruined my workout. Usually I just wear PureBarr socks, so I bought this to use with PureBarr class. My endurance on a plank was limited to no more than 10 seconds before my body would need some adjustment. I kept sliding down the hill. I wished I could have returned them but it is too late now. They aren't worth the money you'll spend.
There is a great deal of comfort in these socks. The size seems a bit big to me - In order to fit correctly, the chart told me to go down one size). The most important thing, however, is that they don't slide down off my heels when I do planking and bridging. I have never been so comfortable with my shoes. The socks are worth the extra money, even though they cost a little more than normal yoga socks!.
My barre class would not be complete without it. I have feet that are 8 1/2 inches tall and they are too small. The gloves fit perfectly, but I noticed a few small glitter specks on the ground while I was exercised on the floor. However, the socks did not appear to be missing any stitching or to be out of place. This is a very good book.
