My issue with slippage has not been resolved

You'll still slip on the mat even if you have the sox gripping it, but your feet will slide around inside the sox and create the same problem. I eventually began losing one of the socks because one of the socks was twisted and would not stay on. When practicing power yoga, these are not very useful.
