That's a yes in my book. My grown daughter has small feet, size 6, so I bought these for her. They are incredibly comfortable. Her favorite pair of yoga socks is these.
These are okay but there are better floor-working grip ones that provide a bit more grip, at least in my opinion. I tried them in my pilates classes and found them acceptable but there are better ones out there.
The top is 100% cotton, but there has been no shrinkage observed after washing and putting in the dryer.
Since they are a heavier weight, they would be ideal for wearing with sneakers. It is also important to keep in mind that these Yoga socks have rubber dots on the soles to keep you from slipping.
