It appears to be made of a cloth/fabric, so it doesn't get slippery, but it is probably not 100% cotton, because otherwise it wouldn't be strong enough to maintain a stretch.

All of these items were purchased by me I need only one kit for my yoga practice at home. The kit provides what I need, but it has some flaws. Foam feels softer than cork, but I still need stability for balance and support. These blocks are not as firm as other foam blocks (e. g. My studios have used the Hugger Mugger) that I have. There are some poses (e. g. When using the supported bridge), I actually feel unstable. As far as I remembered, the longer strap length (I got My gray set) would make a difference, but it is One end of the flexible cord was rubber banded together so I couldn't interfere with it. It is also not always possible to properly lock the strap in place using the buckle It's not clear if the buckle or the fabric is at fault, but when I'm trying to use the strap to hold my body in a fixed position, this causes problems. Okay, I haven't used these yet since I just received them. In any case, I had to come on here to mention that I opened the plastic bag they were packaged in and was greeted with an EXTREMELY STRONG ammonia odor. I could feel my nostrils burning from the smell it was Is this something else that has happened to you? In my bathroom, I have it sitting in a plastic grocery bag with the windows wide open in a plastic bag for now. In the event that this smell doesn't go away, I will return It is a real.
The only reason I used these yoga blocks was because my hamstrings are rigid to the point where they are painful. They've been perfect! I read that some people found these too soft, but this has not been my experience. The cushions are firm yet comfortable to use, and they're comfortable to sit on. As well as being the exact same height, the blocks also look the same. A great feature of these blocks is the variety of heights that they offer, so you can get what you need from them. It is amazing how well these Gaiam yoga blocks work. My only complaint about these yoga straps is that they are a bit long, but I really A delivery was made. So they wouldn't get damaged, I put them in a sturdy box. I love the color of the dark purple and the condition of the package. It is highly recommended that you buy good name brand yoga blocks because the first brand I bought arrived in plastic bag and was damaged. The size of them was smaller than a regular yoga block and they were the same price as these Gaiam yoga blocks but the quality is exceptional! My new yoga blocks will make all my yoga classes a lot more enjoyable!.
